- I'm gonna try out this team with Akuma against General Thrilla in Marvel vs Capcom 2 and honestly, I'm not sure how it's going to do, so let's see what I can do with Akuma! Let me know if you guys liked this team and if you want to see other teams.

I'm actually surprised how safe 'War Destroyer' is on that recovery. Great video. Top tier edits all over the place.
You want to punish him in the gap before the missiles come down. Cancels the super and gives you a bigger window to punish.

@@thefrankiepalmeri it’s not absurdly safe. Its quick recovery is obviously a trade-off for it being extremely punishable during startup.

I really like seeing different teams besides the usual top tier teams. I believe if you're skilled enough you can beat any player in any game.

In the corner you can jump forward and immediately flash the lightning kick into another from the ground and super off it.
I wonder if you can help me. JC's vids has me back into MvC2 and I am trying to figure out a new team. How easy is it to crossover using Akuma, and Bone Wolverine's low assist into lightning kick.
And what assists can lock down an opponent long enough to pull off raging demon in the corner since it's pretty easy to back up opponents using lightning kick spam.
Oh and your prolific use of Captain America's commando strike overhead vs JC in the Morrigan video was awesome.
I wanna see you play as Dan and beat everyone with his raging demon. You can pick any other two characters but every match has to be won by Dan's raging demon

Why does Justin always end Spider-Man's air combo with a fierce/roundhouse instead of qcb+k? Is it more reliable? Does it do more damage? Is it better for a follow up?

I think a FP or FK is preferable for cross-up purposes. But why doesn't he do a complete magic series? Light, light, med, med, heavy punch or kick? There must be an advantage to doing a seven hit.

Yo JWong… it is time to revisit your ratio list… i think it would be more interesting to put sent and storm as tops so you negate that combination entirely. Magneto and Cable right under them, but in that format they don’t belong on the same level. I think you will see some other discrepancies after a year of playing low tier that would justify moving some characters around. And remember my guy, it is more about making the matches as fun as possible.. the game was never fair to begin with so using that as a goal will just make for a borefest

Hmm... I wonder if a game would ever try a "randomizer" mode where characters/tems are picked at random each match--and actually track the results. I would respect top players in that type of mode more than someone exclusively using top tiers to win.

Cable, Sentinel and Magneto might be the most broken characters in this game. Like 90 percent of players always choose these characters.
