@@andygil6697 Start thinking, buddy ! I'm struggling to learn this weird language. I'll write the questions, you answer them and BAM! You have a rough draft! 😃😇😇
Awesome, I have a daughter with adhd. I have had her since she was 10 years old. She is 15, I believe if she know the ins and outs of multi family real estate. She will be a real estate rock star like Rob. Thank you both for all your inspiration. I hope you find the right masseuse, David.❤
This is relatable. Using our so-called "weaknesses" to grow in real estate is just like my own experience. I totally get how outsourcing the management side helps balance things. Keep sharing!
Hello guy’s! Congrats on such a great show! I was wondering if you all can talk about how to protect yourself from tenant law suits, and how to put your assets into a trust. Thanks guy’s!
Simply a joke that you can have dogs and cats, but no dinosaurs. That's how he posts his rentals online. He says that he uses it as a way to relate to the tenants and "get their guard down". His goal is to build a relationship so that both the landlord and tenant are honest with each other and respect the relationship and property. He wants them to see him as a person as opposed to a corporation that just owns a building. I like it, it's refreshing to hear his success compared to the common message of "Stay away from tenants. Don't get personal. You aren't their friend. You're going to get exploited. etc"
It's interesting to hear the peoples perception of you, both good and bad. Maybe there's a touch of truth to it, of course I was nervous being interviewed by David and Rob on such a big stage. I probably did want to be perceived as knowledge. Thanks for your feedback, Ben. Be well.
@@andygil6697 I thought just the opposite... Andy came across humble, genuine and competent. I am well educated and very successful myself and respected his input.
Buying the right first real estate property in a good location will build equity faster than buying one at a more affordable price with location that is not as desirable. Always buy within your means is key. ❤️👏 @gilbertchecoury
Someone who is successful always addresses their weaknesses and converts them into a strength!!!
Real Estate is a Marathon; you are right. It takes time.
This was an excellent episode with Andy. “Staying steady and be true to self” breathe success! Thanks for having him on the show.
Thanks TJ!
Andy Gil: Write a book on the basics of zoning as it relates to real estate and I will buy it!
Hmmm. I’ve never considered that.

😅 you always make me laugh when you comment on Rob.
Not understanding what T-Rex policy is lost me early on. Can someone explain?

"I'LL NEED TIME TO PREPARE MY RESPONSE TO THAT."
Might be a good way when you need a little bit of time to collect your thoughts.
I identify with many of your guests.
what is the meaning of T-REX?
Tyrannosaurus rex, friend!
I love bigger pockets but this is guy the so pretentious. Ability to answer a question without answering.

That's true. I'm always telling my investor and my buyers that as well.
