Yes you sure can. I would recommend high clearance vehicle for it though.

just wondering how accessible this site and the Bisti Badlands location were in a truck? Bisti looks cooler than Joshua Tree.

Each image has its own appeal that makes it unique. I would personally choose the western sunset side just because of the additional colors in the sky and the pink of the cloud cover. Nice explanation again of your thought processes. Thanks and take care always!
