Great tip it’s a lot cheaper than what I did, I bought an ice maker a couple years ago. That’s great for salmon and cod not sure about tuna good job and great video hope you have a great holiday and a happy new years!!! Hope to see you out on the water!!👍👍👍👍👍
Great solution! I use old jugs or containers that eventually wind up getting pin holes or cracking. I’ve got a Home Depot run coming up, will try it for my 150 gallon cooler. Thanks Gabe, Merry Christmas!
Thank you so much brother!! Yep, I use to use frozen water bottles, and other types of containers that would also leak or crack, haven't had any issues with these ice sticks!! You are very welcome, and a Very Merry Christmas to you too!!!!!!!!
@@baldeaglefishingadventures for sure, big fan of the channel. Miss the salmon fishing. Hopefully we'll get a season again soon, but hearing that might not be the case.
@@duckchugger, thank you so much brother!!! I agree , missing the Salmon for sure! Yes, I fear that our Salmon fishing is going to be on hold for awhile. Wishing you and your family a Very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!
Great idea. One thing to add is to make sure you buy schedule 40 pipe. PVC pipe comes in different thicknesses and the thinner wall pipe will break if you drop it.
Thank you so much Ron!!! Yes, you are correct, I didn't even think about that! I've always bought the heavier grade pvc, when I'm doing any repairs!!!!!!!

Hey Ladyfish, thank you so much!!! Merry Christmas to you too!!!!!!!
Great idea! I love it! 👍👍👍
Thank you so much JU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What’s the advantage of the PVC rig vs freezing water in bottles? Just durability or something more?
I typically use 1L and 1Gal jugs.
Space saver?🤷🏾♂
I've used the water bottles in the past, but I have had them break on me. So durability is #1 for me! Thanks for watching one of my videos!!
