Yay, I'm so glad to hear it, Kate. I completely agree - it's so satisfying finding something that just needs a little creative love to transform, bonus points when it is incredibly inexpensive!
You did an awesome job I just had to sign up to be part of your family I'm glad you used the Ben primer and not the bullseye 123 I made a mistake of using Bullseye 123 big project and after I had finished it it bled through I wanted to cry it took me several days send everything down and start over again your pieces turned out beautiful adding the feet made a big difference thank you for sharing have a great day and God bless you and your family
Hi Cathy - thanks for joining us! :) Also, thanks for the kind encouragement. There is definitely nothing more discouraging than completing a big project and discovering an issue with one of the steps. We've all been there though. DIY is always an ongoing learning process!
Looks AMAZING! so satisfying to watch too!!! I've seen a few people age bright brass knobs using vinegar and salt maybe? Acetone? Might be something that helps you fulfill your beautiful vision all the way. Well done Amber!
Oh, Meg, what a great tip! I will have to look into that because I would love to give the knobs a little more character. It didn't even cross my mind to try something like that.
They all turned out so amazing! I am glad to know you didn't do a top coat on the peg people, I painted some this week and had a question about that. Thanks for sharing these projects :)
That's awesome! I'm sure you could find a topcoat that would be safe, but I didn't have one on hand that I felt comfortable with. I'm sure your version of peg people is adorable! :)
Great you took 80's clunky into modern fab. Great Job!!!
Thank you! :) I love that - 80's clunky.

Hi Ondina! Thank you! :) I'm so glad the legs worked out.
🤗 very nice job. By bed stand is similar to these stands, it has inspired me. Thank you.
Thanks :) That's exciting for me to hear that you feel inspired! Good luck with yours if you ever take them on.
Great work, thank you! Look forward to your new projects!
Your videos always get me so inspired to diy! Nothing more exciting than finding an affordable used item to flip!
