All of them were pretty nice but I guess my favorite was the last one. Wouldn't mind having those two tables in my bedroom

I love your videos and loved seeing so many flips in one! I also love looking out your balcony at the blowing trees while you’re painting. It looks so calm and serene, except for the traffic noise, I’m sure! Lol!
Thanks! It looks calm but gosh was the noise loud! Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones. The traffic though was a useful buffer against my sanding sounds 😉

My favorites were 1 and 4, but they all turned out great. I can’t find a pair of nightstands to safe my life, and here you are with 5 pair! Could you please share what chalk brush(s) you use, paint brand, and Polly? I really struggle with the topcoat, and you seem to be applying it with such ease.
Thanks Verena! I love to paint with chalk brushes; www.anniesloan.com/product/brushes-and-tools/chalk-paint-brushes/ and generally use two types of paints; Fusion mineral or Porters paint which is an Australian brand. I either seal my timber tops with Fusion Hemp Oil or if I have painted a high traffic surface I will use wax. Not particularly a fan of poly has they have tended to yellow and discolour over time so I stick to those two finishes. It is all a lot of trial and error seeing which finishes you like best, but you'll find them in the end 😉
Beautiful projects! Selena, what product do you use to whiten/lighten the top please?
Thank you Olga! I used Feast Watson's oil based liming white and their timber conditioner to prime the raw timber beforehand. If you use a water based whitewash you won't need to prime before hand. Just lightly mist the raw timber before you paint 👍
How much did you sell these all for?
I've stumbled onto these makeover vids and it's been super helpful, but you give no information as to what you're actually doing, so while I find the videos interesting to see the before and after, if you told the process, via text, in the vids or what you're doing or using, it would be educational. Just mjy input. Thanks
