@@Mericerus_Shorts thanks bro. I took your advice and got the mini hearth. I moved them into the hearth a week ago and so far they look like they are thriving but funny thing is they moved out the test tube, bypassed the chamber and moved the eggs into the hearths outhouse lol. It probably was too humid for them so they rather stay where it’s currently dryer. Idk. I’ll let the chamber dry out some more and see if they move into it. Thanks again

So I love feeding my pods fish and mice and such like that. Some have it gone with in 6 hours some let linger and it's gone with in 24 hours. But when you feed them you get to see the size of the colony and watch them which is beyond amazing to me. I have thought about ants but my girl says no! She is good she deals with dubia roaches, hissing roaches, isopods, and my scorpion and turtle, and my frogs, and toad. Lol. But Ants are hard no.

When my snakes refuse a mouse or rat, I leave it in my dubia roach enclosure and it's completely gone by the morning. But I leave a chopped up cucumber and it takes them 2-3 days to clear that out. Dubias surprised me when I offered raw shrimp, spinach leaves and some burnt grits they chose the grits first!
I'm way too impatient for my queen ants to raise colonies. My queen camponotus penn. both have eggs, and only one has a single larva. Like I wonder if I should offer sugar or protein just incase me catching them stressed them of their reserves to raise the first workers.
My odorous house ant queen I caught her and put her in a tube with a drone and they mated in the last week of June. She's in with two other queens and she just took her wings off today in July... ants are so slow in development compared to the insects I've kept before.
