I am so excited to get started again with cross stitching. My daddy will never be forgotten. I am taking care of my mom who has dementia. I would love to the garden for my mom. I don’t have a bag yet. My neighbor used to have sheep and she spun some wool for me. My granny loved quilts, she used to hand quilts and tie her quilts. I am going to have a cup of tea.

The Mother’s Garden pattern reminds me of a gift my daughter made for me this Christmas. She painted the flower for each of the months my children were born and called the painting “mother’s garden”❤️ I have material to make a project bag but have been too busy at work to get into it.

Grandpa had forgotten to lock the gate on the sheep pen when he dropped his bag of feed. Busy in her garden, granny was not happy when a sheep strolled by and ruined her pretty flowers.

A quick story I've never forgotten. When I was about nine years old, my Granny who we called " Nanny", would trick me into making a pitcher of iced tea by telling me that I made it the best sweet tea. What's funny is that I made instant tea, not a tea bag! Even a 9 year old can't mess up instant tea.😁🥰

I love the pattern from Not Forgotten Farms and that little tea needle minder is adorable!!!! I don’t have a garden but that chart is amazing!!! I have looked at that granny square book before but never bought it. I would love it if you showed more of your quilting. I love your stitching but I also love quilting 😀😀😀
