The base price for the 2013 Grand Sport Coupe is $56,000. The premium package costs $9,495 and includes memory power sport seats, luggage shade & cargo net, heated leather seats, tilt telescoping steering wheel, navigation, bose premium audio, home remote, blue tooth and heads up display. Magentic ride control is $1,695. The 60th anniversary design package is $1,425 and the dual mode performance exhaust is $1,195. With destination, the out the dealer price for my test car is $70,785.
I also quoted specs from the 427 convertible version as well in the video. However you equip it, the 60th anniversary Chevrolet Corvette is an amazing car both aesthetically and in terms of brute performance!

That is not a 427, that's a Grand Sport dude. LS3 6.2 liter.

That car has a ls3 and that is a 6.2 the 7.0 was in the ls7. So that is not a 427

Woops. This is the GS LS3 with 6.2 L (not 7.0L) and 430/436Hp (depending on the exhaust option). I think you were mentioning the Z06 with 7.0L and 505 Hp. Nice review though. "I give TWO minutes for you and your gallant crew." - Krudge

ZO6 has 505 hp, but you can throw the Gran Sport on a computer and get another 50 hp without too much effort.

My son just picked up one of these, it's very fun to drive, he got the 4LT package with the six speed manaul,( Why anyone would buy a car like this with an automatic is beyond me).And when you get it over 4 grand the exhaust sounds kick ass. It's a chick magnet needless to say.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to put together a video blog on high performance cars, I have to ask though. Did.. you get...your.. acting chops.. from.....Captain..Kirk. It... seems as though... your...pause for....effect is...too...forced...and...not...as natural...as it....could be.. Also, the Lambo is not pronounced with hard L's in Gallardo. Its Guh-yard-oh. Also, I agree with other posters on this as a GS LS3 not a 427. Nice production effort though.
