Love the normalcy and simplicity of your routine.
Yes! Routines don't need to be fancy to be effective! I'm happy you enjoyed it! 🥰
Your evening routine is like your morning routine, simple and realistic. Thanks for sharing, Michelle. You and Billy make a terrific team. 😊 Ember is precious.
Aww, thank you so much Kat! I really appreciate you watching and commenting! 🥰 Also, Ember and Billy say thank you as well 😉
I enjoyed your evening routine, Michelle! I know you always include clips from The Office, but these were especially on-point in this video! Nice work! The first take away for me was something you and Bridget consistently teach on Teaching to the Top...we all go through seasons and our routines and habits will change based on those seasons. It was fun to see how your evening routine videos have changed over the years, but you still have a emphasis on good food, fitness, family, and fur babies! Thank you for always motivating me with every video you make to balance out my life better based on my current season. You rock! Have an amazing week ahead! 💜
Mandy... you're always the sweetest and this comment was nothing short of that! Thank you for your constant commitment to watching and commenting... you always make my day 🥰 You're exactly right though... our routines and habits have to adapt as our lives change. I'm happy you enjoyed this video, especially as you finish up a very busy season in your life! I hope you have an amazing week ahead as well 🎉🖤
I love how you guys spend time together!!
Love you! You're the best! Thank you soooo much for all the awesome videos you have shared with us. Your videos have been such a blessing, you have no idea how helpful they have been for me personally. I've been teaching for over 28 years and your ideas have helped to energize my teaching and most importantly have enabled me to work smarter not harder!! Have a wonderful year!
I just love watching your workouts. You two are adorable
Aww, thank you so much! I really appreciate it! 🥰
I watched your google docs tips video and noticed the biceps vein and was like "holyshit she's ripped" haha
I love your motivation for work and fitness! Watching these videos makes me want to be more motivated to workout. 🏋️♀️
Aww, thank you so much for saying that Audra! I'm so happy you enjoy watching it and hopefully can draw some motivation for yourself as well! 🥰🖤
Hey Michelle I’m glad you were able to do routines and ember is a good dog she went in her crate:)
Thank you so much Erik! Yes, a lot of people misunderstand kenneling dogs and see it as a negative thing since there's a "cage" involved but in reality, she LOVES staying in her kennel. It's her safe space and she chooses to lay in there throughout the day.
Michelle is the best UA-camr ever. Interested In what’s on your Apple Watch ⌚️. So techsavy. Love you Michelle
Aww, thank you so much Kayleigh! 🥰 I really appreciate that! I mainly use my Apple watch to track steps, set timers, see calendar events, and check the weather. I don't have too many fancy things on it 😂
So simple!
Yes! Simplicity works best for me because it's sustainble!
I love these kinds of videos. You really do have a talent for knowing what type of content to push out at different times of the year. This is so perfect for June and it was so relaxing and satisfying to watch. So as always, I have a few questions. 1. Why do you put Ember in her kennel when you leave the house and go to bed? I'm only asking because I have three cats and know nothing about taking care of dogs and I find that very interesting. 2. When you weigh your food for dinner, do you have an idea in your head of how many grams of each item you plan on taking or do you just put it in the plate and calculate whatever it comes to? I've started doing macros since you had that tutorial video and I struggle with planning everything out.I am usually under in every category by the end of the day. Thanks again for this content. I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us this summer. PS. If you think you are old now, then just wait. As soon as you hit 30, that 30 year warranty will be up! :)
Ahhh... thank you so much Valeríe! I'm happy you found this content relevant and took the time to watch and comment 🥰🖤
As for kenneling, you can Google and find tons of research about the benefits. But, Ember LOVES her kennel because it's her personal safe space. It's open all day and she chooses to lay in there constantly. We only lock it at night or when we leave the house for long periods of time for both her safety and the safety of the cats when we can't monitor them. Since Australian Cattle Dogs are herding dogs, they instinctively want to chase things that move, which includes the cats. They're fine around each other most of the time, but we don't want to chance anything if we can't be there to monitor them. But even if we didn't have cats, we would still kennel Ember for HER safety as well... I've heard way too many heartbreaking stories about dogs that got into things (trash, food, etc.) and choked or suffocated when their owners were asleep or not at home to help. In my opinion, it just isn't worth the risk... especially when she loves being in her kennel anyway. That was long winded, but I think it's important to accurately portray my opinion on this manner because there are a lot of people that don't understand crate training for dogs.
As for macro tracking, I've been tracking so long that I have a pretty good idea of the amount of each food I will eat for dinner because I've seen how much that amount is on my plate so many times. So, I usually put in an estimate (for example: 140g of cooked chicken, 150g of cooked broccoli, and 100g of cooked sweet potato) but will adjust it based on what I actually dish out (for example: I might only take 130g of chicken but 175g of cooked broccoli). That at least allows me to have an idea of where I'm at macro-wise at the start of the day and plan my snacks. It definitely gets easier the more you do it!
Hopefully that was helpful! 🥰🎉
I love these types of videos from you! I want to hear more about your foam rolling/flexibility routine. And I would love to see your protein and supplements collection. Have you heard of the ninja creamy? I think you need one for nighttime snacks!
This was so good! I’ve been struggling with my evening routine lately because I’ve been getting back into the habit of running again and marathon training🏃♂️. Stretching is so important as we age. I’m surprised your asst trainer (Ember - cute as a button and so disciplined) didn’t stop you while you were stretching. Frozen raspberries are very underrated. Try them as a gelato flavor and you will not be disappointed!!
Thank you so much as always Russell! I'm happy you enjoyed it! I totally understand... it can be hard when your routine gets disrupted but hopefully you can find a new routine that works for you in this current season of your life. Don't worry... she tries her hardest to distract me 😂 I'm with you though... frozen raspberries are AMAZING! I'll have to try the gelato flavor 😍 Thanks for the tip!
Just love any video idea you do! Sounds so stalkerish😂😂😂, but I am sure you understand what I mean😊😊
Aww, thank you SO much Trish! I completely understand what you mean and don't find it stalkerish at all 😂
Your Office clips crack me up!
LOL! I'm happy you enjoy them as much as I do 🥰
We watch Jeopardy every night as well! ❤
It's so soothing for us and gives our brain one final workout for the day!
looks delicious
Michelle,
Honestly, You look good just the way that you are.
#Hugs

Thanks Dwight!
What Macro tracking app do you use?
I use an app called MyMacros+ which is a one time fee of $2.99 but no monthly or yearly fee. I share more about how I use it in this video:
ua-cam.com/video/UKj-UemrUAo/v-deo.html
Do you always work out later in your day?
Pretty much, yes! The only exception is when I'm traveling and need to workout earlier in the day to fit my schedule. I've been team evening workouts for YEARS!
Just curious why the kennel for the dog? Doggy seemed sad about going into the kennel :(
Quite the opposite... her kennel is open all day (only locked at night or if we are leaving the house for long periods of time) and she still chooses to lay in there because she enjoys having her own space. The kennel is locked for her safety and the safety of our cats if we are not around to monitor them... you can look into the research on kenneling dogs and the many benefits. It's a personal decision so you're free to disagree but it's what we feel is best for our pets.
What would your reaction be if you had kids?
Ember is so well behaved. Meanwhile my dog is with me on my bed begging for yogurt
The 30 lb dumbbells on the split squats!!! MICHELLE 😰
LOL this past week I had to do 40s!!! It was brutal!
I’m dead I just increased to 20s!! 😂
What happened to your cat??
If you're referring to her not having a tail, she was born that way! She's a Manx cat.
@@PocketfulofPrimary , I’m glad you still have her! 💕 I just haven’t seen her in many videos lately.
