Not a lot of foreigners would love the Jolly spaghetti and hotdogs, I think its because theyre too sweet, patterned after the Filipino taste. But yeah. Zane's review may be one of the most honest reviews Ive watched. Im quite surprised that he liked the fries coz I personally find it saggy. With Filipinos, Jollibee is not the greatest food out there but for some reason, its a sentimental thing--where you are reminded of childhood memories, of the Philippines .... of HOME,...
I remember jollibee way back in the late 70s when 1 was yet a little kid, when my big brother bought me a burger there .The jollibee that time was just like a small outdoor fastfood chain and it was located near the parking lot of araneta coliseum in Cubao.
We have the same opinion when it comes to Jollibee. I'm a local Filipino new Subscriber buddy here in the Philippines. I also don't like the Filipino spaghetti version of Jollibee but I would recommend you trying out some spaghetti homemade or spaghetti in any Filipino restaurant because it tastes better than the Jollibee version. For me the jolly hotdog is the worse on jollibee menu you're right about that but I guess it really depends on the taste buds of a person. We're all different but I also don't like it. I'm glad that you dipped the chicken on the gravy sauce because some foreigners from other country aren't aware about that. 🙂 Hope to see more of your videos.
Jollibee's best pie for me is the Chicken pie! :) I agree with you on the Spicy Chickenjoy, it's the best! If you have time, you can try eating at Mang Inasal too and try eating the chicken there with toyomansi with chili. Great review Zane!
THis video me and my husband really enjoyed watching you trying out everything at Jolibee!! It was hilarious and so much food just for you. But you wouldnt know unless you tried it, kudos for you for trying everything.
For chicken joy, please get either thigh or leg part.. you can request/specify them from the counter upon ordering. They're the juicy parts.. choco mallow pie is also my all time favourite
Hii!! Im from the philippines and what i notice in foreigners when they try jollibee spaghetti for the first time, they dont mix it so i recommend you next time to mix it. in my opinion, i love the spaghetti from jollibee and yea the chickenjoy is really good too!! i havent tried the spicy chickenjoy because i cant handle spice so i dont really know if i agree with you when you say the spicy chickenjoy is better than the original one. I also really love the peach mango pie and the chocomallow pie too!! although i would recommend you to try the burger steak from jollibee also since its actually really good too!! (also i think the reason why your pineapple juice was watery was because the ice melted and when ice melts it turns into water💀) but anyways yea this was js my opinion tho not everyones opinions r the same
Did you actually drink the rest of the pineapple juice off camera? Pretty much all you drank in your taste test was the ice that had melted. That's why it was watery 😀
Nice video! A few pointers I think many miss: you can order double spice on the chicken. It is not listed on the menu, but they will prepare it for you if you ask. Also, the Aloha champ burger is my absulute favorite at Jollibee, but you can only order it in selected stores. So if you want it, check the menu before you order and possibly continue to another Jollibee location before you place an order. The peach/mango pie and the buko pie is to die for. Not sure why, but the buko pie does not seem to allways be on the menu. For drinks, I think the pinaple juice if awsome together with a big jollibee meal. Yes, it is a bit watery if you try it just for itself, but it is a logic to it as I want the food to be the main think, and not the drink. I avoid the spagetti, the hotdog and the fries. Not saying that they are bad, but there are better things on the menu. As for the price of Jollibee in the philippines for me as a westerner on vacation is very low, I see no reason to fill up on fries when I can get some more fried chicken or peach mango pies instead.
Hello! I am from the Philippines, and currently, I am in Japan where there's no Jollibee so I really miss it! Just a suggestion, next time, please order thigh or leg parts for your Chickenjoy, I think it will be much juicier. :)
The pies are what used to be known in the fast food industry as a turnover. Deep fried crispy outer shell of pastry with a fruit filling. McDonalds used to sell both apple and cherry turnovers. They replaced them with the baked pies because it was considered a healthier option. Plus turnovers take about 5-7 minutes in the fryer. Carl's Jr. Also sold turnovers once upon a time. Apple and Peach turnovers with cinnamon sugar on top. Discontinued sadly due to the publics changing tastes.
i used to love jolly hotdog but the bun becomes so dry. id rather have 711 hotsog sandwich. burger champ or aloha is better adds more depth and juiciness
Thanks for being honest. For me, when it comes to burger I would go to Mcdonalds but chicken, no questions asked, Jollibee. I dont usually order their hotdogs so I dont have a say in that. For Spaghetti, I prefer italian style. For pies, choco mallow is the best for me. I think you should try their aloha. I tasted it once, still I would go for Big Mac or Quarter pounder of Mcdo. But Aloha Burger has it's own place for me that cant compare to Mcdonalds burger.
You should mix the pineapple juice with a straw... So that the ice that melted will mixed on the juice thats the proper way of drinking the oineapple juice...and jollibee pinapple juice has a pulpbits
Tried Jollibee in Jeddah with some OFW colleagues, when it comes to fried chicken I reckon the local competition Al Baik is tastier, but the kebayan's are pretty happy they've some familiar flavours from home there.
Thats what you called a choco mallow pie... As a filipino my favorite are amazing aloha burger ,palabok, peach mango pie, burger steak and chicken and gravy
Can’t wait to have done Jollibees when I come home to visit 🥰 glad you enjoyed it I’ll definitely try the buko pie and chicken is my favorite so that’s a must ‼️
For non filipinos the spaghetti is weird but unless you are eating at a italian restaurant the spaghetti in the Philippines taste like the one in jollobee
They should have given you more gravy for the chicken and the fries. Spcially that the chicken was kind of dry. I like your honest review and opinion on the products.
hating you for making me drool and missing Jolibee :-) glad you are having a good time and noticing your subscribers growing cuz you deserve it. Stay safe!
I just started my vlogging journey.. I need to do a road trip to Jollibee and vlog it. Spicy chicken joy is my fave! Like you, I'm not a big fan of the spaghetti.
Pineapple juice was watery because the ice already melted on top. You should’ve asked for a straw. Jolly Spaghetti is just for Filipino palate. We grew up loving it ;-) But my hubby (caucasian) dont mind it and will eat it and he always ordered their Chicken sandwich and Jollyhotdog. Gottah go to Chicago on Sunday and get me some Jollibee 😁
Same man I love fried chicken. For me nothing beats Popeyes spicy thighs fried chicken. Also you should have tasted Andoks fried chicken which is really good, actually my favorite fried chicken in Philippines. For fried chicken always order the thigh part which is the best part of the chicken in my opinion.
Zane, nxt time tell them to put dmall amount of ice in ur drinks and dtir it first before u drink. U put gravy in your chicken first. Try the KFC chicken it is also good.
I Thought they Have it in Dallas Already I’m Watching The Commodity Channel From Dallas They Brought Some Jollibee I Don’t Know if they are From Dallas Maybe Houston 😂😅My bad
@@texasmike1977 oh ok I just live 5 minutes away from Jollibee here in California,But I use to live in FORT WORTH For 10 years before we move here to Cali ✌️
If you watch the video again and pay attention to the pineapple juice, you’ll see that the ice has melted and floating on the top. Maybe if you stir it, won’t be as watery.
Isn’t it surprising that McDo’s fries used to be the best tasting! Burger King’s fries imo is way better than McDo by far. You should’ve tried the chicken sandwich 💙 I always order it. I don’t like the pineapple juice either. I like all the sweet pies. The chicken n tuna pies are good also. You should go2 Mang Inasal and have the chicken and halo halo. I prefer Mang Inasal than Jollibee. It’s better and healthier 😅 and way cheaper!

Jolli Chicken burger and Aloha burger is d best!
Wow! I was about to suggest you to try eating at Jollibee. Good to see your enjoying the #1 fastfood in the Philippines. 🥰
Everyone is loving the chicken burger sandwich in fact most of Americans love it in the US of A

There are Jollibees all over the USA. May be you can compare them to what's being offered in the Philippines if you stumble into one over there.
@9:32 It's because Jollibee OWNS Burger King in the Philippines. They hold the master franchise of the fast food chain in the country.
Yes I agree with everyone else, the chicken sandwich is very good, also suggest trying the burger steak next time.

Yep. The pineapple pulp bits settle at the bottom so those who use the straw get the full-on pineapple taste. 😁
should have stirred his juice first lols
You gotta try Jollibee’s Chicken Sandwich! 👌🏼
At last!.......... He did it! ❤ & He pass by J.P. Morgan & Chase building.
I wanna try the filipino jollibee, greets from México

Welcome to Manila host and my support to your channel
The Aloha burger is much better than the Yum burger. Love the Chicken Joy! Try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich next time.

The yum sauce is like 1000 island salad dressing with sweet relish mixed in. That is why it is orange in color.

Tried Jollibee in Jeddah with some OFW colleagues, when it comes to fried chicken I reckon the local competition Al Baik is tastier, but the kebayan's are pretty happy they've some familiar flavours from home there.
maybe pineapple juice needs stirring. basically it is water/melted ice on top and the concentrated juice is on the bottom.
Making me hungry!
I love the Jollibee chicken is so good and the fries 2 ,the pies looks yummy
Great review! I personally love the filipino sweet sphaghetti and the original fired chicken.

hating you for making me drool and missing Jolibee :-) glad you are having a good time and noticing your subscribers growing cuz you deserve it. Stay safe!
Next time try the aloha burger and Champ, also try the peach mango pie with the plain sundae
You need to stir your pineapple to mix and get watery taste out that settled on top.
Good comments on the Jollibee foods
My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and peach mango pie
I just started my vlogging journey.. I need to do a road trip to Jollibee and vlog it. Spicy chicken joy is my fave! Like you, I'm not a big fan of the spaghetti.
Its Peach mango pie😁 Worth the try though...

Shake the pineapple before drinking i think its better bec the ice makes it watery
If you like fried chicken, try chicken inasal (a grilled marinated chicken?👍
Same man I love fried chicken. For me nothing beats Popeyes spicy thighs fried chicken. U NEED TO STIR THE PINEAPPLY JUICE TO GET THE FLAVOR AT THE BOTTOM
Hotdog was my favourite 😂😂😂
As a Filipina i've never ordered the Jollibee hotdog. Chicken joy, spaghetti, burger steak, sundae, and burgers are the one that I really ordered.

Am Filipino, but am not into Jollibee. The pineapple juice is watered-down. The chicken, perhaps.
I love jolly hotdog❤
Looks delicious, better than McDonald's Burger King
Hi hello.
dunk that burger in the gravy, it will make it great
