What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response - referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

Regarding the other video at night…I looooved it ..I think if it was a little longer , it might get more views . I typically look for 30 minutes or longer .

No I don't have ADHD. I was just working around the house and I have so many things to do. I get excited when I accomplish something and it makes me want to do more.
