What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

I've followed for sooo long but haven't commented in too long! Hearing you talk about pocket money (we call it here in England) brings back so many memories. Mine would go on penny sweets and a magazine filled with my favourite bands at the time.

Hi Paige, I am wondering if you could also access affordable counselling to help you get to the bottom of the compulsion you experience around eating. I’m a registered counsellor based in Aus and hearing you talk about your experience makes me wonder if there are patterns or beliefs stemming from childhood? 🤷🏻♀️ either way, could be very beneficial to explore this with a therapist even over just a few sessions.
On another note, I could so relate to what you were talking about, in regards to falling into a pattern of being comfortable and sedentary after covid!

My allowance was the same and I done the very same thing with my money ! Records from Kmart and the teen mags...and in love with Scott Baio and Leif Garret. Gonna marry one of em. 🤣 Remember that TV show " California " ? Kristy Mc Nickel and her brother Jimmy, was only on a few episodes. Holy Cow... FIFTY years ! I swear it was yesterday. I still have some of the mags, and of course the records..and yep.. at 57, I have been missing the 70s too. Those were the best days of my life. ❤
