What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development

Getting old is a luxury. Its a blessing to get old - it means you are living a long life, which many people dont get a chance to experience!
So getting old is a happy thing, think about it that way and maybe it will help.
It is so nice to see a person who has eyes that smile without actually smiling. That is rare these days. This makes me happy ❤ thank you for your videos.

Best pizza is Gino’s East! As far as visiting the city, I live here and always go to the tourist places! lol. The one museum I would recommend is the Chicago History Museum, you would be surprised how important Chicago was and has been in the history of America. Another tip, stay close to your hotel at night. Stay safe and have a wonderful trip!!!😊❤️
