Check the “Mexican” section of your grocery store. That’s where I’ve seen it. Badia is the brand and they sell a lot of stuff used in Mexican dishes so it’s often by where the tortillas, taco stuff and chilies are located.

My mom never did that growing up. So I don't do it that way. But You can do it however you like it. It works well for us.
