@@TatyanasEverydayFood Hi again, Peaches in about 3 weeks at the market. The local orchard is ready in about 4-5 weeks for peak ripeness. The orchard lets a few trees go until super ripe and they harvest them and call them ''Pie Ready'' because they are soooo ripe. I prefer those the flavor is intense. Tatyana plz don't hit the sides of a glass bowl like that! 1:51, I had a very bad experience with that, piece of glass broke off and fell into the cream that I was making and I had to remake the whole thing..... lesson learned the hard way!
