These are so stunning!! Your careful attention to detail is fantastic. It helps that you are patient with the process. Thanks so much for posting this video.
I absolutely love these earrings and pendant. I’ve just recently started making polymer clay jewelry and I want to make me a set which will (most probably) take me two or three times to make. Love your tutorials and thank you for sharing!
Hello Alison, from Portugal. You are so organized and explain everything slowly and clearly and have a nice and friendly voice. Thank you for showing every steps and making everything interesting! Thank you again for sharing your knowledge and beautiful work in your tutorials 😊🇵🇹
Hey just had a thought watching this, when you get some paint over flowing into the next cell instead of trying to dab it out with paper towel you should use a Q-Tip, or a cotton bud or whatever they’re called where you are!!! 👍🏻
Gorgeous! The way you had them laid out at the end, it immediately made me think of stained glass. One other variation you might try, is to make the clay thicker (a few more layers), just resin the front, then bead around the piece, using interfacing glued to the back (and finishing with suede).
Absolutely gorgeous! What a feeling it must be to create such lovely jewelry....for now, I'll be happy following the masters but when I get more skilled, I hope to create beautiful jewelry as well! 💜💙💚😊👍🌟
One more thing that I noticed, it's just ingenious to make at least 1 extra earring to have in case you're like me. Its heartbreaking to lose 1 and not have another to replace it! THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR IDEAS WITH US!😊👍
I loved this video, I have thought about doing something, what I had no idea, but I do now. Thank you for taking your time to explain everything so clearly. Just got to collect together some stuff to do it with now. Again thank you
Hi Allison I am sooooooooo happy that you are able to do your videos. They have been a long time coming but worth the wait. I look forward to your next tutorial.
Hey Allison, I haven't worked with polymer clay in quite a few years now, but having seen your tutorial, I am inspired to bring all of my materials out of hiding. I have subscribed to your channel and will follow you on social media, as well. I have a suggestion for you that might help with the excess water issue. If you fill a medicine syringe with water, you can control the amount going into each depression and go ahead and put water in only the ones for the color you are about to use. Then fill the areas for the next color and so on... Just a thought. I am happy to have found you!!
These are stunning! Thank you for all your work in bringing this tutorial to us! I really enjoy your ideas, and your pieces are always so beautifully done.
Those are beautiful. I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much for the hint about putting the Born Pretty on the resin. I love that. Alison, thank you for sharing all your wonderful ideas and tips and tricks. If there were more sharing people out there like you, there would be a lot more beautiful things being born every day.
A trypophobic's* nightmare, but these are fabulous, Alison! *irrational fear of holes - thought to be linked to a primal fear of being infected - the holes mimic skin lesions indicating someone is infectious!
I am now inspired for more beautiful use of those interference paints you introduced us to in your earlier video! And as always, I picked up new tips, and heard good ones I forgot. You have inspired me to get in my studio today for your project. Thank you, Alison. You rock the multi-media world!
They are stunning Allison. I cannon find the iridescent paint in Australia and I am so sad because it is so effective. May be after the invisible enemy is gone foe good, I will order it from London. Hope you are all well and it has not attacked your family. May God bless you all
Wow, this is a really cool process. Do you think it would work similarly with color shift pigment powders if we don't have paint? Gorgeous work and am so glad I happened upon your channel.
Hi, I sometimes have a problem with the back of my pendants when I drill them after using resin. The resin can 'bloom' and come away from the clay. This can happen even when the piece has been left for several days after curing. Anu ideas? I absolutely love your channel, a true inspiration. Thank you.
man that is a really beautiful creation you made, that would be terrific a whole set like bracelet necklace earrings and like Kat nip the bigger ones would be fantastic as hair clips ..
These are absolutely gorgeous, thank you for sharing your technique. It’s also worth mentioning that resin is toxic. It is a good idea to wear a respirator and gloves, because it can damage your lungs and cause some pretty nasty allergic reactions as it builds up in your body over time.
Julia, you are thinking what I'm thinking! Alison is gifted beyond measurable reason, and I love her and her techniques above all on the internet, but no doubt, RESPIRATOR REQUIRED!!!!! And definitely NO touching the MICA'S with bare fingers!!!!!! I don't think she realizes how dangerous this is to her health, and my HEART BREAKS, thinking of her possibly getting sick from spreading such a love and creativity to so many talented crafters. Let's face it, most who are attracted to her videos are women, most mother's, and we want to be here for our children and grandchildren. Continued success to Allison, and all who come after her, but safety first. The right Nitrile gloves (inexpensive, compared to your health, available at Walmart) and a respirator. (also, inexpensive, on many sites) That said, ROCK ON, beautifully creative women of the world!!!!!! We love you Alison!!!! 🥰😍❤😍🥰
Such a cheerful voice and a very good tutor too! I'm new at your channel and I really enjoyed your tutorial. So beautiful colors. They look like 'smarties' chocolate :) I have some queries. ■ Can we use acrylic paint and thin it with water so as to make it fluid? ■ How are the dark and pale color created in the cell? Is it because of the excess water, so when the color gets dry, the pigment remains at the bottom? ? Thanks a lot!
Great project. Have you considered just dissolving the paint in a little water beforehand and just dropper-ing it into the cavities? Love the result. Funny...at the exact time you said someone was flying low over your house, someone flew low over me too! Rather confusing to my mind....LOL
Very cool technique! Your tutorial is the first I’ve seen where you resin the edges, so thanks for that. Very pretty pieces. 👍😊 I also just subscribed!
I was mesmerized watching your video.. Gorgeous work.. Lovely. Do you use real silver or gold wires and jump rings on your work as many people have a reaction to normal wire etc.. I'm going to give this a go.. I really enjoyed watching you.. Thank you for the video and thank you for sharing your ideas.. .. Take care and thank you again.. xx
Hey Alison...in the video you said there would be a link to another video where you went into more detail with the resin process...but I don't see it...Also you web site link is not working...Do you still have the web site? And lastly...it says the Born Pretty powders are no longer available...Is this true? Any substitute? Thanks for all you do and your kind, detailed way of reaching what you do...You are awesome! And so sweet!
These are so stunning!! Your careful attention to detail is fantastic. It helps that you are patient with the process. Thanks so much for posting this video.

You are SOO patient! Impressive!
I found your video very helpful. You spoke very clear. Thank you again for a great video
I learned about dichroic film and love using it.
Beautiful creations.
I made 2 texture mats, similar to yours with deeper divots,
using scrap clay and have a 'negative' and a 'positive'.
I really like the vibrant colors. The colors just jump of the clay. Love it, so beautiful.
Artie Johnson Thank you Artie 😊
I've just found your channel today. This is a really clear tutorial and I'm so glad of that as I'm new to clay. Thank you for sharing your knowledge
wonderful. Thank you.
Hey just had a thought watching this, when you get some paint over flowing into the next cell instead of trying to dab it out with paper towel you should use a Q-Tip, or a cotton bud or whatever they’re called where you are!!! 👍🏻
As long a cotton bud doesn't leave any little bits of fluff.🙂
Thank you for your videos. I want to get into doing this type of crafting.
Beautiful and very specific. Thank you

So beautiful colors. They look like 'smarties' chocolate :)
I have some queries.
■ Can we use acrylic paint and thin it with water so as to make it fluid?

Thanks a lot!
