If you don't see "descend" compound after pasting it in your compound directory ( C:\Users\USERNAME\Autodesk\Bifrost\Compounds ) then restart Maya. Unfortunately Maya ain't smart enough to detect such small compounds while running.
The bits in the download will be really handy, especially the PDF explaining things in layman's (or generally not mathmatically or scientifically-minded artists) terms. That's what the Autodesk help is sometimes missing.

How do you get rid of the flat sides - there's still visible at the end.
