Ethiopia is probably the most fascinating country in Africa 🙂
No somalia is
@@Ibrahim-gm2bo 🤣🤣🤣Keep dreaming. soomaalis have no written script; were dominated by the Arabs, Persians, Ottomans, Yemenis and Omani who ruled their coastline for 1400 years, while their culture and civilization shaped soomaalia; Europeans colonized soomaalia, and actually created the country Somalia; and have no dish that hasn't been introduced by Yemenis, Italians, Indians or other foreigners.
On the other hand, Ethiopia is an independent nation of 3000 years; at some period was a world power; for centuries fought off Arabs and Ottomans; unlike soomaalis, Ethiopians have their own script; the country couldn't be colonized; and the national cuisine is unique in the world.
@@amdetsion3256 - what you wrote for Somalia ALSO applies 100% for Ethiopia, Sudan, Swahili Coast of Eastern Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, etc. The Yemeni & Omani slave & ivory traders shaped the cultures of all these regions facing the Indian Ocean & the Red Sea. For example, what we have here as "Ethiopian food" is an Ethiopian version of the Indian Curry dishes. @Remember that Yemeni Arab slave traders created the ancient Abyssinian/Ethiopian Empire [Axum], brought over their 'Sabaean alphabet' [geez alphabet], Semitic language spoken in Northern Ethiopia [Tigrigna, Amharic], etc.
I’m happy her hard work paid off. The essence of Ethiopian culture is love, unity and hospitality. The way the cuisines are served, meals are eaten in groups and the culture of feeding eachother says it all. I hope our Ethiopia never loses her essence and that the ongoing unrest ends for good.
Thank you, for putting this together. You are amazing, sister.

Alhamduliah we eat by hands just like we Pakistani's! Good to be out if this european snootery. Glad UK is now multicultural it was awful in.the 1980s but we're in the majority now!
Must say UK no life if I had money I'll move to Qatar with spouse IA.
Free ogaden
If Ogaden returns to Somalia then Somalia should at least recognize the Somali Orthodox Church just like Ethiopia recognizes Sunni Islam as a minority religion.
And be more secular.
@@adineatha9766 All people are welcome but no secularism allowed it's a doomed project and it has never worked and is a constant changing project with no limits of nonsense ideas that has no firm rules. Islam is the law of the Muslim majority areas and Christianity in the Christian areas if they want secularism then they can have it to destroy themselves no problem
Say 5 star somalia dont be lost
