Of course it is Ethiopian food but she has some colourful additions that Ethiopians eat, which is presented for foreigner’s liking. Lets see; she has Misir wot/Green and split Lentils, Ater Kik, Split peas, Spinach, Shiro, salad, potato, carrot wot, beetroots, peas, okra/ባሚያ all are Ethiopian ... the only non Ethiopian stuff is the rice & olives but hey, those are international 😀
