One of the most musical drummers i’ve heard in years. He makes every group he plays with come alive. I had the pleasure of hearing him sub with the Birdland house band. Blew me away. I’m a Timpanist. What a master!
Who knows what pickup and strings he's using here? To me, it looks like maybe a full Circle but I don't recognize the strings. They seem to have a yellow wrap on the bottom..?
