I know right, literally half of their problems would have been instantly solved if they just removed that piller that was holding up the dome.
Floating skybase surrounded by lava would have solved their issues.

I normally don’t have patience to watch long Minecraft videos and yet, I have the patience to watch Sean and his friends fool around for hours and NEVER get tired of it
The thing i like about this point of view for this survival simulation was that in sean's side of the video you actually got to see what happens with him after he ran off near the end since you couldn't tell from the other 3 peoples videos after watching them.

what should have happened:
Step 1: build a platform in the air
Step 2: add a water column you can turn on and off as your way up and down
Step 3: build a cobble generator
Step 4: gather dirt and seeds/crops to make a farm as well as saplings for a wood farm
Step 5: treat it like you are playing skyblock without the risk of falling killing you (you won't die immediately, but the nether'd mobs might on your way back up)
- saving villagers for trades or an iron farm is optional
- anything other than that should be just for the content

Exactly! It would be so much more interesting too! It just ends up making folks upset if you make dumb decisions, and you just end up yelling at the screen telling them they could’ve done it so much better! It’s a huge excuse when they say “it doesn’t make good content”, WHEN I SEE SO MANY OTHER MINECRAFT UA-camRS BEING SMART AND ALSO SURVIVING THESE SCENARIOS WHILE MAKING IT ENTERTAINING LOL, so dumb, just try it sometime, it will indeed make your videos more interesting, people don’t lose interest when you do well, they lose interest when they see you being an idiot.

The fact of what makes this terrifying as a concept is that they are withering away and fading into nothing pretty much. I believe anything infected still has a conscious but is driven by pain and torment. The scariest monsters are the ones who are always in constant pain which drives them to madness.

Add a backpack mod and a few other mods such as astikorcarts and lost cities, and then make a nomad style world where you're constantly running from the infection. I think that'd be sick. Imagine watching the infection take over an entire building slowly.

If you break the lowest piece of sand, and then immediately place down a torch where it was, all of the sand pieces above it fall into the torch and immediately break. Also works with rails iirc
And if you made an encased fan and put it blowing towards lava, you could have made stacks of glass without the furnaces and much faster

I reviewed your previous play through, which was also a modpack known as "Roberts Curse," which I also played. Creepy, scared the shit out of me. But then I played MCSX - Minecraft PS1 Edition (Your modpack being a light edit of it). It is a pack of about 140 mods, and I don't want to spoil it to you, but it makes your version seem underwhelming. With a few edits and additional mods, it can be legitimately horrific. I recommend you use the oldest, 90's controller you can find to play this. And for anyone else reading this, don't play this if you have scopophobia, (Fear of being watched) or have a fear of the unknown. Good luck.
