Really interesting how each dimension influenced the outcome. The Overworld's abundance of resources meant there was less of a need to form a united group, which led to their inability to raise a substantial army. The Nether's lack of basic resources led to them having constant civil unrest ultimately leading them losing a lot of key resources really close to the final day. The End ultimately won in large part to Tamer managing to get control early and working to help as many people as possible.
It was really perspective that ruined it for the Nether. They had resources, but the Roofers kept taking it, which never allowed that dimension to actually progress past the survival stage.
It kinda makes sense. When Tamer wanted to goad Youri into attacking, Youri was suspicious of ulterior motives. But when Tamer quit trying to goad Youri, there were no ulterior motives for Youri to be suspicious of, giving Youri the confidence to attack.

Ye nah that was cringe bro, by the 20th minute you knew who was gonna win, too much in fighting in the nether and the spawn camp recruit by the end gave them 0 obstacles against other nations, youri legit had a 10th of the free cities number he stood no chance.
@aussiegoat268 yo man just say you don't like fun thing lol. The reason was because Tamer stopped his infighting and genuinely tried to make a go of peace. Yes the first one was a ruse but the second one was legit. Youri could not let go and move on thus was his downfall. Tamer by unifying the end and negotiating with the overworld made a key strategy to defend and win against the nether.
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING could've prepared me for the song usage here. Each incorporated into the related scenes perfectly, this was so worth the wait and I'd wait YEARS for another movie of this caliber and excellence. This is the most politically intricate minecraft civilisation even tive ever watched and watching the players be real people with conflicting motivations was an absolute blast to watch. Kudos to you, and the players you recruited, this was goddamn brilliant
The fact that even when the end won tamer still didn’t kill everyone who wasn’t an end member and showed mercy is just truly inspiring. This is why I watch civilization videos, glory to the end.
Henry West, the legend who gave us, "Gentlemen, what makes the grass grow? - BLOOD!" giving us another iconic line here, only this one's really sad. "Here I was hoping we could sing and drink."
I'm pretty sure the blood makes grass grow is a requote. But yes, both here for a good time, not a long time and here i was hoping we could sing and drink are original quotes, I think.
The free city farmer explaining the situation is so funny 😂😂 17:52 "Come to find out somebody took them, when I say took... I mean killed!!! took them to Gawd" 😢 Safe to say End was my Favorite ❤
The whole End team was fire. When I learned that nether had Netherite and pots I honestly thought it was wraps for the End even though I was cheering for them from the start. When they pulled it back I couldn't have been happier. This was such a good video!
@@tsukasa67 ngl I thought nether had it cuz in the start they had been working together really well and had even just found a way to the roof which would have let them make a very secure base. But political corruption and corporate greed was their downfall.
I like how each dimension had their own “good guy” player Overworld: HenryWest; one of the few leaders who didn’t have bad motives, he tried to get revenge for not only the attempted assassination, but also the attack on the raccoons and river folk. Nether: Defenders; self explanatory, he was a super charitable philanthropic dude. End: Tamer; while his motives were purely greedy at first, he united the end and turned them to the greater threat. He also united the end and overworld and freed the Mongolian slaves from racechamps tyranny after arresting him. Finally he also spared the last of the nether citizens. I really respect how Tamer spared the rest of the nether at the end and didn’t turn on the overworld once the beat the nether. And the fact that defenders employees still stayed loyal and did their charity after he died was so cool. If I had to rank the three worst “villains” from most evil to least it would be 1. Racechamp; literally killed the Mongolians, enslaved the escapees, and manipulated the citizens to believe he was correct 2. Whale; he went out of his way to shut down the entire nethers only reliable food source 3. Perspektives; he was essentially just a money hungry greedy person. Tried to monopolize on wood, but realized monopolizing on food would be more profitable, then wormed his way into power when there were many more suitable alternatives like Quals who gave new players an opportunity to survive or some of defender’s employees who continued the legacy
@@cesarcastillo7129 There is a difference between corrupt and evil. Squid was definitely more corrupt, as he was putting the roofers over the people, but Whale did end up being more evil when he killed defenders and tried to get the second in command to stop supporting Squid's settlements even though defenders was a neutral party.
@@Shadow-yh5qo Had there been no corruption on squids part the nether would've most definitely been united. You're also forgetting the multiple assassination attempts before and during the election. There was no good only evil and lesser evil.

I’ll be honest. Props to Prospekt for his genius level of planning. He manage not only to come up with a way to save his own employees, but also orchestrated a Shakespearean downfall for nether’s former leadership. Well done.

Your storytelling is immaculate. I was really tired and turned on this video to fall asleep to. It is currently 1AM, and I am wide awake and full of leftover excitement. By far the best video of this genre I’ve seen.
Honestly, most of the time dictatorships on these kinds of servers fall apart, but Tamer in the end did such a good job, actually using clever tactics to retain power with a pretty tiny amount of risk to his person. Looking at this video he seems like the one person who had a properly loyal force. Also it's a damn shame the mongols didn't get to rule the overworld, they had such a cool concept!
Damn straight. My gut couldn't help but turn with how Racechamp basically took over the overworld by wiping out the Mongolian empire as well as Perspective's corporate manipulation of the Nether's two leaders to destroying each other. I'm so glad the End won and brought justice to the two leaders XD
I loved the story telling. Remembering how Tamer had been in another event, I’m glad I got to see him turn around and be what I would consider the hero of the story.
48:51 this is the start of the best scene in the movie, the music choice is more than perfect, the reveletion hits, the way the camera follows the R, the everything comes full circle in a satisfying way. I just love that scene. Watched the movie 2 times fully already ( btw with good headphones its even better ) and i am probably gonna watch it again
Tamer, the man who never abandoned his empire as it got plundered by the hoards of pirates in the last video, would be the same man who would bring peace across all dimensions in this video. Glory to Tamer. P.S. if I could get a nickel for every time Tamer had Perspective's plan thwarted in a civilization video, I would have two which not much but it kinda odd that it happened twice.
Tamer, Perspektive and Henry are the best heroes in this story. As for Perspektive, I want to say that he was not a good ruler, but he was a good leader of his small group, and the way he organised an escape for his friends made me roll on the floor with laughter. He's the best schemer and tactician.
End: Protagonist: Tamer Antagonist: Youri(Wasn't necessarily in the wrong, just against Tamer and Wilding.) If only our government could take inspiration from Tamer's approach -- balancing its own interests while actively contributing on nation-building with well-crafted schemes and strategies to unify and strengthen the country, and by allocating funds to those who truly need them, real progress could be achieved. Instead, it often feels like a snake/crocodile lying in wait for the perfect moment to strike, prioritizing self-interest over the nation's progress. Like how Perspekt1ve portrays it. That said, *this* video about the nation is truly one of my favorites! The storytelling, the music, and the videography are absolutely top-tier, making the entire experience my one of my all time fav!!
Damn straight. My gut couldn't help but turn with how Racechamp basically took over the overworld by wiping out the Mongolian empire and covering it up as well as Perspective's corporate manipulation of the Nether's two leaders to destroy each other. 1:29:28 This is why you get the phrase "History is written by the victors" Edit: Also the Iron Bank montage is sick, it all looks super natural as if the Iron Guard were a real, highly trained and disciplined army. No wonder they won in the end
After the first 6 days, I just knew the End Kingdom would just “win” due to their actual functioning society because of a good leader. Tamer is actually probably one of the best leaders I’ve ever seen in these Minecraft civilization videos, and I applaud him for his successes in this experiment.
I wanted the End to win the whole time. Tamer was such a good leader. At first I was a bit worried about how he lead the people, but he was very strategic. Eventually he gave up his wishes in order to keep his people safe, and led them to victory.
I knew the end would win from the start but selflessness is a rare commodity in this day and age i mean tamer, defender and harry did things for their people not for political gain but for the wellbeing of all nit only that tamer even helped the other dimensions but the video was pure fire man 10/10.
Honestly looking back on this run im so happy with how it turned out, the final fight was super cool for us nether people! huge shout to u marcus for always holding strong in the civ scene
Man. That final message by Race really makes you think about the contrast between selfishness and selflessness. Excuse the essay, but lemme write down my thoughts. Race claims "he did it for the people" when he sent a hitman to kill Henry, enslaved the Mongolians, manipulated the truth and fed the people a lie. Race was a friendly face that easily earned the trust of the people around him- but in truth, he took the trust of others for granted. He valued his own life more than the lives of those around them. Perhaps he even lied to himself, thinking that what he was doing was right and necessary. He didn't want to do anything for the people, he wanted to protect himself. As shown when he escaped to a bunker when the Nether came and slaughtered his people rather than doing what he can to prepare people for war and lead them. The Selfishness of a Liar and a Hypocrite, that when pressured: revealed naught but cowardice. The Leader who leads from the Back. Prospect was the most obvious example of Selfishness. A businessman and a schemer, he at least knew what he was and embraced Selfishness wholeheartedly. Manipulating everyone around him without care or concern for their well-being. Whale and Squid were the ones in the public eye, so he made use of both's Selfishness to bring an end to both of them. And though he managed to lead from the front to ravage the Overworld's lands, one might suppose he failed to look back to see who else was following him. He didn't look back at all. Not that he was ignorant, but that he didn't care about the body count his actions were racking up. And thus, as he took the remaining army from the slaughter of the Overworld- he finally looked back to retreat from the End. And he saw nothing but a stack of bodies as his back up, before joining them. The Leader who leads from the Front. Tamer, however, is a very interesting case here. As every man has done, Tamer went into the role of leadership expecting that his plans and schemes would be the deciding factor for achieving his goals. Although he wanted to do anything to lead- including the unwarranted pardon of a serial murderer in order to provoke his opponent into attacking- he realized something. That the people around him were terrified. Or at least, I theorize he realized that. The revelation that he was risking the lives of his people just so that he could be the sole leader of the End made him think. He knew that war was coming. He knew that he needed every hand in the End to be ready. And there it was: the revelation that without a people, he'd only be the King of a bunch of rocks. And thus, with genuine intent, he stretched out his hand towards his opponent. But alas, Youri slapped the hand away- which he had every right to do so. Tamer wouldn't make the same mistake he did in the past, and thus- before he put the crown on so tight that it wrapped around his eyes, he took it off, broke it apart, and gave the gold to the smiths for them to use the remains as material. At first, a very clear Selfish man- but he was the first to decide to put the Need of the Many first, rather than the Want of the Few. And that is why, through preparing as many people in the End as he could and saving as much life as he could, he won surrounded by those who trusted him. And thus, those he could trust. The Leader who leads in the middle of it all. TL'DR: Tamer won 'cause he had more people and deserved it a ton lmao :P
The noises in HenryWest's election reminded me of Dune, is West the Lissan Al-Gaib? Also Tamer is the tactial mastermind of Civ videos lmao. Great video!

The Tamer and End ark were so crazy. After the death of Henry and the Khanate I felt I had no one left to cheer for except Tamer. With the Nether seeming unstoppable I also thought the ending of the video would be disappointing for me. But that end fight with Kung Fu Fighting and the trial that avenged Henry just wrapped everything into one nice little bow.

Same for Henry West, in his wise words: "I am here for a good time, not a long time" truly inspiring, the speeches, the world fair, traditions as well as amazing recitation. Ye nah that was cringe bro, by the 20th minute you knew who was gonna win, too much in fighting in the nether and the spawn camp recruit by the end gave them 0 obstacles against other nations, youri legit had a 10th of the free cities number he stood no chance.
Honestly, props to Henry "Khan" West for going down fighting despite impossible odds like a true madlad
"Are you ready to kick some f***ing nether ass?!"
You're insane Marcusk, as is every person involved in these events!! Bravo!!!!!! JUSTICE FOR THE MONGOLIANS!!!!
What a lovely comment
Thanks so much
Indeed, justice for the mongols!
This is the most politically intricate minecraft civilisation even tive ever watched and watching the players be real people with conflicting motivations was an absolute blast to watch. Kudos to you, and the players you recruited, this was goddamn brilliant

Yo, love your vids. Keep it up to you too ❤
why your toes
The fact that even when the end won tamer still didn’t kill everyone who wasn’t an end member and showed mercy is just truly inspiring. This is why I watch civilization videos, glory to the end.
Henry Wests Fall was Genuinely so Sad 😭

No joke I started crying

I'm pretty sure the blood makes grass grow is a requote. But yes, both here for a good time, not a long time and here i was hoping we could sing and drink are original quotes, I think.

The whole End team was fire. When I learned that nether had Netherite and pots I honestly thought it was wraps for the End even though I was cheering for them from the start. When they pulled it back I couldn't have been happier. This was such a good video!
@@tsukasa67they weren’t supposed to have pots 😭
Franscoscity always been a goat
@@tsukasa67 ngl I thought nether had it cuz in the start they had been working together really well and had even just found a way to the roof which would have let them make a very secure base. But political corruption and corporate greed was their downfall.
I like how each dimension had their own “good guy” player
Overworld: HenryWest; one of the few leaders who didn’t have bad motives, he tried to get revenge for not only the attempted assassination, but also the attack on the raccoons and river folk.
If I had to rank the three worst “villains” from most evil to least it would be
1. Racechamp; literally killed the Mongolians, enslaved the escapees, and manipulated the citizens to believe he was correct
2. Whale; he went out of his way to shut down the entire nethers only reliable food source
Underrated comment
you forgot the other nether leader for corruption and bribery.
@@Literally_A_Dragon squid was way more evil than whale
@@cesarcastillo7129 There is a difference between corrupt and evil. Squid was definitely more corrupt, as he was putting the roofers over the people, but Whale did end up being more evil when he killed defenders and tried to get the second in command to stop supporting Squid's settlements even though defenders was a neutral party.
@@Shadow-yh5qo Had there been no corruption on squids part the nether would've most definitely been united. You're also forgetting the multiple assassination attempts before and during the election. There was no good only evil and lesser evil.
Henry_West has a PHENOMONAL talent for speech. That "How can men die better" speech had my heart RACING with excitement. Absolutely awesome dude. "Remember chaps, we're here for a good time, not a long time." Entertaining, well edited video!
Best moment of the video. It reminded me of king Theodens DEATH speech in Lord of the rings

Wow, thank you!
I'm so glad the End won and brought justice to the two leaders XD

double and give it to the next person ahh moment
Tamer, Perspektive and Henry are the best heroes in this story.
As for Perspektive, I want to say that he was not a good ruler, but he was a good leader of his small group, and the way he organised an escape for his friends made me roll on the floor with laughter. He's the best schemer and tactician.
my pleasure
Perspective was in no way a hero, Tamer had a redemption arc sort of, Henry was the true hero of the event

If only our government could take inspiration from Tamer's approach -- balancing its own interests while actively contributing on nation-building with well-crafted schemes and strategies to unify and strengthen the country, and by allocating funds to those who truly need them, real progress could be achieved.
Honor to Henry for showing the history of the Mongal empire and it’s leaders Genghis Khan

This was amazing in almost every way I'm talking peak cinema it's crazy what you can do with time, commitment and roleplay in a block game. Thank you for giving us this masterpiece.
The first ever event I ever attended and honestly don't regret a single bit, I enjoyed my time very much, lot of sweet berries and Cake was sacrificed to make for science and it was all worth the time I got to spend with many people. Thanks for having me.
Civilization idea: you have 1000 players, hardcore, but a space opens every time someone dies.
IMO tamer was the best leader, Perspektive was the best strategist, and Henry's group was the group i was most emotionally attached to
goated video, worth the 1.75 hours
I really wanted him to say “and Henry Mongolian civilisation is over … or so I thought”
18:05 “When I mean took I mean killed took em to god 😢” that dude was funny
I know it ligit had me laughing
An actual song with music video came from this event. It's underappreciated! It's called "Down in the Nether"
This is an absolute cinematic masterpiece! I loved how well you incorporated the songs into the scenes! It was so interesting to watch all the dimensions and civilizations form such interesting communities, and to see the stories unfold. There’s so much more I could add, but I don’t want to ramble on too much. Truly an amazing example of quality over quantity. Props to you and all featured in the video. 👏
Defenders4Life stood for what a dimension should be... united, helpful to its members, and neutral to inner conflict. Same for Henry West, in his wise words: "I am here for a good time, not a long time" truly inspiring, the speeches, the world fair, traditions as well as amazing recitation. Finally for the end, I have to hand it to tamer for his visions of the Free City, Temple of the Void, and the Iron Bank, all carefully planned and designed to be flawless, the end was just so strong from this...
Best civilisation Video ive ever watched, great choice of music for major battles too 👌
