Playing a nice, normal game of Stellaris when I hear dubstep start playing and I’m flipping through open tabs on my browser trying to figure out where the hell its coming from.
Music here is really good. But that is not a big thing honestly - Stellaris has great many good tracks already. What is important for me, is that this soundtrack is way different than everything so far. It gives huge contrast and really stands out. Not to mention it just fits into its theme.
Ever since the seperation of Cybernetics and Synthetic, Cybernetics felt a short end, now with this DLC i felt Cybernetics even not high tier, Feels much fleshed out and even weak still is my favorite ascension of all as of the moment, Cybernetic Creed is also my favorite but still wonky and buggy in terms of the pops growth and implants

The increasing tempo in the track "blade" makes me picture a fighter pilot who, after a quick briefing on the cockpit display, flies out of the hangar into the thick of combat and is forced to choose between engaging the enemy fighter on his tail or shooting down a torpedo fired at a low HP titan that is loading its main cannon to fire at an x25 anchor crisis.
