How to remove BIOS password shows 5 methods how to remove or reset when yours BIOS password is locked.
This helped me to remove password on Asus and Toshiba laptop.
Most personal computers don’t have BIOS passwords because the feature has to be manually enabled by someone. However, a lot of corporate machines have BIOS passwords set for security reasons and if you’re reading this post, you’ve probably realized it’s not that easy to break a BIOS password.

Cmos battery - jumper - checksum . . . really ? These school girl solutions may have worked 10 years ago . . . . These days you need to reflash the eeprom to erase the password.

what if your system disable code has letters and numbers??
Write down numbers and letters go to bios-pw.org, enter numbers and letters to code field and generate then with this password change bios settings

try first:
remove the CMOS Battery and leave it outside for few minutes until the charge gets down completely
second:
Flashing the BIOS, that means try to upgrade bios then will work fine
