I make my fettuccine from scratch and those beautiful noodles I make are absolutely deserving of a sauce this great! Thanks PBJ. I will use this recipe for sure. Butter, buuuuuutter 🎶🎵.
@@tabblack43 Hi, they are made with eggs and flour and a pasta press, but for the fettuccine sometimes I just use a rolling pin and cut them in strips. I don't sell mine in a box so the strips can be different lengths and that's okay. The ingredients are very simple, but it takes a lot of arm strength. Thanks for asking. 🍝

How do I keep it from getting grainy after I add the cheese?
It shouldn't be grainy using block parmesan cheese, especially if you whisk it in enough. If it does, you probably added too much cheese
mugglesarecooltoo ....grated Parmesan will cause grainy sauce, it’s the crap they put in it to keep it from clumping.
