Because we are one of (if not the) most atheists county. Not that there aren't believers, we have some history with Christianity. This AI seems to think that being a mythical animal mainly consists of having a lot of weird horns attached in weird places. It needs to train itself on actual folklore instead of fantasy graphic novels.
Can you imagine if it was fed scary images, like the Nucklavee? I'd be so down for that.
It doesn´t understand what horns are. It just analyzes the pictures of mythical animals and combines them, so the result has some absurdly attached horns, wings, tusks or weird number of legs.
It has the same problem with soldiers, sci-fi warriros and stuff. It can´t tell where the hand ends and the gun begins, so the result is some Edward Gunhand.

Alright let me educate you about the actual mythical creature of iran. "Simorgh" is a beautiful giant bird with a dog-like face and claws like lion. It has long feathers at it's back which looks like a tail. Probably the most famous creature of persian literature
