  • So....can the CB1100 do Twisties?
    I think this one needs stickier tires for sure, but the brakes are excellent, and powering out of a corner is no problem!

    I put some T-32’s on my 2014 , I’m no pro , but they sure seem better than the original bridge stones that come on it . I ride old roads. Great bikes

      I'll have to check out the T-32's I've never had a set of those, as far as I know. I have a set of sport touring Bridgestones on my hayabusa, but I think they are an older version.

      This is the best stuff I have nearby here, but I do plan on posting a Wildcat mountain run soon. Hey it could be worse tho, I could still be living in Florida! :p lol.

    Ciao complimenti bella recensione. Puoi dirmi che sensazione hai avuto riguardo il calore proveniente dal motore e se pensi che nell'uso urbano possa infastidire?

      Hi, thanks for the question, I didn't use the CB1100 much in heavy traffic, so it never really got a chance to get very hot. If you let it sit and idle it, will warm up quite a bit, since it isn't water cooled, but I never experienced any problems personally.

    it feels so slow. Would it make it more fun and torquey if we changed the sprocket for more low end?

    • @PastorMattMoto
      @PastorMattMoto  5 місяців тому

      Doing a sprocket change could increase low end grunt a bit I suspect, but the CB1100 isn't really a muscle cruiser. If you are looking for more off the line power, the Suzuki M109R or the Yamaha Vmax might be more what you are looking for. I have some content on the channel here with both of those bikes, if you'd like to check it out :).

    Such a beautiful bike with such an ugly windscreen! And you are looking at it all the time during riding...

      I guess I never even really thought about the windscreen! Lol. The previous owner put it on, and I've just left it on for some wind protection.
      It does cause a little buffeting with your helmet, when moving around at certain angles though.
