I can't even imagine working in such factory everyday, day in and day out.
Puts perspective on how much hard work goes into to make products built

I have the same soldering system that they are using at 1:40.
    The Clone Hakko (Hyko) 936.
If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me!
For real though, I have been using mine for around 2.5 - 3 years now with no problems.
I purchased the "brand name" HAKO 907 soldering wand because it has silicone covered wire. This "brand name" burnt up in only 2 weeks so, I transferred all of the original clone Electronics & heating element over onto the silicone covered wire & I've never had a problem again!
I have been very happy with the setup! 👍

    Here's a fun fact!
I have worked on many assembly lines over my 52 years of life.
"Usually" the slowest woman on the line will be faster than the fastest guy! "Usually"
Women have far better dexterity than men do!
If you get an assembly line full of women workers, it will fly!
    Women Rock!👍

Very interesting factory tour. Thankyou very much for showing this. This all helps buyers to understand the China miracle, but more importantly points of quality and points of negotiation. Concerning the former, buyers should check on (i) the use of antistatic bands on all workers who are touching the inside of the powerbank, (ii) the testing inspection of incoming cells and burn in testing of the cells before they enter the production line or after production, and (iii) assume that they are buying a China (and not a Korean or Japanese) cell if they are getting a rock bottom MOQ price. Best wishes for good business in 2016.

Im glad they not like the carbon fiber companies who charge crazy amounts of money just cuz its labour intensive, With the right amount of research and experience in electronics you can pick up some really great quality products for really cheap, i mean i just check the data sheets and compare them to top selling brands then i compare where my losses and gains are and if i need to i modify them with better quality parts, and even when i do needa make modifications the costs are generally no where near the price of name brand products from the UK or US

It's very boring sitting there put all kinds of pieces of parts together. U got 10mins every two hrs to piss or smoke. This job can be done by a machine for most part of it. Then u would have to pay another more 4dollars. Anyway u definitely will inhale toxic fumes.even though the extractors exhaust it out. Unlead soldiering wires give out hazardous

You're the hardest working people in Europe, I think I saw that in some article or report somewhere. When I go to Greece it's mainly for relaxing..

I can see that. That's why coffee shops are full of Greeks doing nothing all day.

you know these people in assembly line expected to do same thing for hours , no wonder if they feel bored, and it is accumulated for days or even years as long as they work there
I guess if the company give this repetitive job to machines, it will cause high startup cost, so they choose human insted

      It's unfortunate, but it's a loose-loose-loose situation for manufacturers.
They could use robots, but then people complain of too few jobs ...
Use humans (like here) and they complain of too low wages ...
Raise wages, and thus raise product prices to compensate, and the customers complain the stuff isn't cheap enough ...
      -_-

And they have lot to choose from if someone quit which I expects happen quite often. I know that I would have jumped out from the the nearest window after 5 minutes of this repetitive shit..
