So many steps in the process and all the machinery designed and built to produce the power bank is just insane !
You should watch "how cpu is made"
@@LjosiI will watch how your mom is made!
Only China has the knowledge to lead the world
And into the sun
mesmerising to watch. i find it interesting how for the most part there's all these elaborate machines doing many complex tasks, but then every now and again the production line turns into just a guy picking things up and putting them somewhere else, then back to machines
It seems just some guy pick up and drop somewhere else, but actually is a pretty complex job for machine, this require a robust pick up gear that don't drop a dozen thing, a visual inspecting computer that checks defect, a inter transport line for all the machinery etc. but one guy can do this all and it's actually faster compare too all these in this case.
That's how humans save face with machines! 😎 So that when visitors come, they see that humans are still very important, not just robots doing everything! When I need it, I just need to... pick it up, put it down - simple but powerful! 😄
I have a new respect and appreciation for all the people, steps and machinery required to make these devices. Fascinating process.
Please, no need to add the music background. The sound of the machinery itself is already great.
Agre
Agreed, but its very minimal so i cant say it bothers me.
I got to the 11:00 min mark, stopped watching al together. The same 5 notes over and over again, its driving me nuts
Agree too. Music ruins the calming effect of the machine sounds. This is not TT, where people go insane, if there is no music for 0.00023 nanoseconds.
Absolutely right 👍
Crazy contrast between extreme automation and repetitive manual labor. Very interesting to see.
They definitely got it right though. Automated everything they could and labor for the steps that are tricky to automate.
Mad Scientist level automation! When you see a product, you seldom think about the many processes it undergoes or how many people it takes to make the final product. Thanks for the video-very informative. Watching from North Carolina, USA.
Damn. this is definitely not a alley way shop here. this is full production facility.
What boggles my mind is that this is only the process and infrastructure for (mostly) one type of fairly mundane, everyday electronics. There are literally millions of different, individual manufacturing plants on this planet, and they just keep on cranking out stuff, with efficiencies only ever increasing and making higher-end stuff cheaper and cheaper by the month. This is absolutely nuts to me, regardless of how obvious this might have been to me for the better part of my life.
This is very very cool. Watching these machines making batteries is awesome.
Great video. I was surprised there is so much manual process involved. Chinese are very hard working. Thank you to the workers who make our modern lifestyle possible.
Valeu!
Thank you.
Very cool and interesting to watch. Gives me a direct sense of how much effort goes into manufacturing everyday things
Fantastic video, so clean. I made photographic film at 3M in the 1990s, similar coating equipment.
THE IN-DEPTH NARRATIVE DESCRIBING IN VIVID DETAIL EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, MAKES THIS VIDEO COMPLETE?
i was wondering if the old film engineering would be useful again now with lithium film
As a doctoral student working on Li-ion batteries at the materials level, seeing it taken to the practical device level is very inspiring and fascinating to see. Everything runs like clockwork, almost no room for human error where safety is a non-negotiable for the end user
When watching a video like this I always feel like saying:"Thank you, machines!".
Wow they keep the factory very clean
Is there a device factory that was dirty😂
@ uh yeah? Screw off
@@Raffy06Raffy06uh yeah? Screw off
This is absolutely fascinating to watch this manufacturing process.
0:43 the powerbank factory looks like the inside of a powerbank 😊
6:15 Sound OMG... 😛😛😛 Sound like this... ohhhaaahhhoh
I think this is amazing.
Chinese facilities are always so clean! ❤❤❤
yeah, the ones they let us see...
@@swimstud5151 the dirty ones are moving out of China, that is why you can not see
@@swimstud5151😂 bro so salty.
Na
Menschen sind in China billiger...kann man auch Leute zum Sauberkeit abstellen
....very interesting video....
The process of producing a backup battery is very modern, this is the first time I see people producing batteries like this.
Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
Very interesting video thank you
Thanks for your sharing
A mazing thank 2 T up .
it´s quite relaxing the machinery sound. I do work with this as a "picture / art" moving. See things how they´re build it´s a "real magic".
Really superb manufacturing process.
Very impressive.
TOP CHINA
china workforce is great 👍
What a masterwork!
Thanks. This was fascinating
Very nice factory!
thanks for showing entire process of power bank manufacture .love from india
This gives me the realization to value the things we buy even we pay for it
absolutely fascinating to watch - now that ive seen all the steps, its obvious to me why some batteries perform better than others!
Love it. Very high-level.
I almost missed this video, clicked on it just in case. The title promised a boring video about making power banks, but in fact it turned out to be a very interesting video about making lithium-ion batteries.
You are something like me 😂
I love the way you present your content. This video was top-notch! 👍
This is way better than being homless in the street and ask for food and money, , being great hard working people.
Chiness people are Amazing.
Very interesting video thank you
The way you explained the process is so easy to understand, anyone can follow without feeling lost!
🥰🥰
LOL.
That coating machine look really good. It manage a foil roll that thin, long with out any loose
they in another level
Aap ke liye bahut sara pyar or sapot❤❤❤👍👍👍
Really interesting mostly cause i built batteries and repair. Fun to see 😊
very good
this is amazing.
nice
Great ❤❤❤❤👷🙂
Sangat keren pembuatan
Love it when someone say, no its too complicated. That just means its advanced.
You don't see such videos coming out from the US, they hate competition
🤣🤣🤣🤣
It ALWAYS makes my day going online and reading comments from people who have absolutely NO idea what they're talking about!! Dunning Kruger, much?! 😂😂😂😂
Thank you!
Magic 😊❤
These are NMC cells. Mostly used in consumer electronics and require rare metals like Cobalt, Nickel
This is not nmc it's lipo
@Sai.Praneet LiPo is just an umbrella term for all Lithium ion batteries that use a solid polymer electrolyte instead of a liquid one. The cathode material varies and it's mostly NMC for high energy density
Made in China 🇨🇳👍
♥️ 😘 from Pakistan 🇵🇰 ♥️ 😘 to our beloved China 🇨🇳 ♥️ 😘
chinese products are of highest possible quality now🎉
have you seen what's happening with the cars these batteries are in?
@@nawtsurprised 如果其他国家的产品能让你更放心你也可以选择其他国家的,可是特斯拉一样会自燃,这是由电池构造决定的。现在科学研究的方向是成本又低又不会自燃的电池
Super interesting, thank you. I really wish it had narration though. I have no idea what’s going on 😂
This video convinced me to buy one of the powerbank models made in this video.
How on earth can a bank cost less than $6 at retail??? Insane engineering!
Easy. 20000mAh on the lable, but 2x3750mAh battery inside.
@@-_o_o_-yalan söylemeye utanmıyormusun
Battery capacity rating 5000mAh 20:10 each, total 10000mAh, label 20000mAh 25:28. Are they same powerbank or different ones?
You can just combine the initial modules in parallel to get these different products. You can see them soldering the modules together at 21:00.
But on the test screen it's about 8 volts, so batteries is in serial connect. Chinese mAh is so chinese.
@@gbitencourt parallel combination 5000*2=10000
@-_o_o_- if voltage is 8 volts then mAh will be same 5000. Series voltage increase, parallel mAh increase
It was mentioned that 20000 mA it's another type of power bank...
Wish I knew what I'm looking at!!
Try turning subtitles on!
Incredible that not more are automatic with mashines, so many handworker.
good production process, I want to try it, what is the brand name..?
Some descriptions of what is happening at each step would be helpful.

多亏了这些工厂,我们中的大部分人才能用的起各种工业电子产品
I think this is a great video, but I'd love some sort of explanation of what the steps are accomplishing. Why that black stuff goes on the film... does that hold the electrical charge?
one of the cleanest places ever 💙👍🤘🙌👋says aluminum foil but where's the copper jw if it worked with an iPhone id buy it 😎😎
What brand is this, seems good quality
I searched for model number in label part of this video "QS58" , i got Silicon Power QS58 but seems different, maybe for inside china product have usb cable but in outside only 3 usb ports !
how many of these Bluetimes power banks i would need to replace battery in tesla car ?
whats the bit of the battery that gets cut off at 16:05?
gas collection bag. some gas generates when battery first gets charged.
Wow! Up until this point I have not understood how these were made. Unfortunately I am saying this after watching the whole video.
these human robots are incredible! they look like real humans! how much do they cost?
I couldn't handle working there
The human brain is amazing.. I always wonder who's the first one to create this..
This is very high quality production of Battery Bank, what are those brands they made for? I want to buy
Anker, Xiaomi, etc. Basically you need to pay slightly more on reputable brands than those unnamed brands to get higher quality battery banks.

i wanna know which electrolyte solution is and they add separate in small selection bake 50 c and absorb in the battery
Very impressive. Lithium is not a friendly metal!
Do not be friends with metalls, mama said.
Photo lithography is used everywhere. Aluminium is the best substitute. Most house warming heaters are made by them. LED.
90% of the process is squishing them flat in 300 steps.
Interesting part is majority of their machine labels and even operating guidelines are also translated in English. I wonder why, is there a regulation/certificate on this?
出口的话,有人审厂
@@槑 makes sense. good point.
Maybe they have overseas customers and so it will convinient to let their custoemrs understand the function of machines.
