My conclusion is that you have the highest chance of winning. To make the battle shorter you only need to stomp on him. 100+ feet of thick moving steel. Just the foot is enough to make a Doomslayer pancake.

yep the one you fight in Ac2 another age is the revamped version of the final boss of Master of arena nineball seraph aka answering the question "what if our robots were also transformers and high speed fighters" he is arguably them ost dangerous enemy in the whole Armored core series he is fast he is a high damage dealer and he knows how to use every tool he has them ost amazing part, he plays by your rules(has the same limits a Human plus AC has)

HALLELUJAH) against an actual enemy that can still wreck you EVEN IF YOU CHEAT
