She has both very high and very low tones, and she makes no effort at all, and within a second she goes from high to low tones, and vice versa, she has tones in her voice that no one else has, and everything is natural, so flexible and angelic, her whistles are also so pleasant and gentle to the ear , not loud, even if they are high, just an inhuman voice!!!!!!!!

I just love how Mariah sang/collaborated/performed with so many legendary performers. You can tell there is a mutual respect whether it’s Aretha, Patti, Luther, Whitney, Olivia or anybody else. She is always the youngest but always treated like a legend. It makes me proud to be a lamb.

Absolutely, her mother was a trained Opera singer actually and was her first voice teacher. I think Pavarotti actually arranged a lot of these duets himself with singers from different genres and styles. That’s what I like to see, mutual respect and admiration instead fighting over who’s type of music is better. I’ve said it many times and I’ll say it again: The chosen medium of any artist doesn’t concern me, only their talent and skill.
Mariah Carey is not only super talented but she has also always shown respect to artists who came before her that’s why she is so loved by the seniors. Mutual respect ❤️

It's true tho, that Opera singers are on a technically healthier approach but that doesn't mean Mariah ISN'T in a league of her own. She's known for her technique, and the ability to write timeless music.
It does take a lot being a Vocalist but possessing a healthier technique doesn't mean Mariah's any less. For me, Mariah's the Greatest Vocalist to ever live and her undeniable talent is a proof to that. After all, it's always all about preference, so I respect your preference.

Not the last time. She did sing it in original key many times during Charmbracelet tour. Besides she says that she likes singing Hero because she can be more creative with it. She actually hates the original version, to her it's too over the top as she imagined the song as a very personal one and was meant to be Aung by somebody else
