If you MUST lose muscle and gain fat, I think blending White Castle burgers and drinking them with a straw INSTEAD of training will do the trick. - Dr. Mike PS and for you wise guys, NO, you cannot simply eat them.

I think what I like most about this, is seeing the weight values being used, and that makes me feel significantly better about my own routines. I can't do the rep counts that high yet, but it is an inspiration for my beginner ass.

Myo reps are the best! I know I should not but I kinda of trying to include them in all my sessions, even in compound lifts... Very good SFR for me vs classical series, and it saves lots of time.

I love myoreps. I usually do 5 weeks in my meso! The first 4 weeks i add sets/reps/weight and the last week i go all out on myoreps. I do 1 set to failure and then i rest a short amount of time and keep doing sets til i hit 50 reps total on that exercise.
about to start a similar plan. 5 weeks, 4 weeks of a typical progressive overload plan with some dropsets, all out myoreps the last week. feels like ive finally found a good plan thats effective but doesnt take too much time and has a good sfr

Incline dumbbell curl is a fucking killer, man :D I've incorporated it into my training and if I let my arms relax at the bottom(full stretch) for a moment between reps it pumps so fucking hard I can barely do a set with a weight I would normally do no problem standing :D I think there is a blood flow restriction happening naturally because of the arms position when at the bottom of the movement and it does that. Oh, important thing. No hammer curls. The way Jared did it was also the one that gave me the most pain, hence, the best.

He's got a video explaining this topic in an insane amount of detail. If you search Renaissance Periodization Myo reps on youtube you'll find it. I've watched it a couple times because I like myo reps and WANT to do them for more cases than he advocates.

Love me some inclune dumbell curls. I keep the elbows forward IE not let the upper arm drop below the bench to REALLY load give a gnarly stretch at the bottom. If i drop my arms to hang vertical i lose all the tension in the muscle also keeping the arm forward pre enages the bicep and gives the craziest pump at the top.
