Dude! Jared and Charly look hella different in 4K!!!
lmao!
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂
Good gurk skins!!!
Bro, 😅
You made Jon perform the slowest squat he’s ever done, and it was a bodyweight squat. Good job.
Hahahah yesss! - Dr. Mike

"I feel like you're appropriating my culture."
-John Haack
"You mean 'lack' of culture? Is that possible to appropriate?" -Dr. Mike
I'm a big fan of your content, sir, but we've been hearing such comments coming from the very worst people in America. I really hope your statement was meant as a joke, because it is very antiwhite to claim that white men have no culture.
Have a great day. 👍
Mike got in a lot of extra jaw hypertrophy on this day
Always funny to see someone casually warming up with your 1RM. Bloody hell those were some mad impressive lifts.
The sexual tension in this one was electric
bro what
W comment
What
Thoroughly enjoyed it 👌
John Haack is the GOAT!
Literally. What an honor to see him perform in real life. Also, his lifting was cool JKJK - Dr. Mike
John Haaaack
It’s so amazing that John Hack is that strong. He looks great but no one would ever suspect that he’s as strong as he is. I mean he benches 600 pounds and he has the look to him like he might be able to get 405 LBS at best. 🏋️♂️
I can confirm that in real life, he does not look like a 600lb bench presser. He's just so unreal! - Dr. Mike
It is crazy that his bench and deadlift is the same as Daniel Bell’s 🤯 what a tank
He’s jacked as hell though
A prime example of strength vs. hypertrophy training. You don't get that big when you focus on strength. But I bet his arms are like mahogany.
he doesn't even look like a 405 bencher. That's the crazy part.
Oh fuck yeah. Always down for more of the Haack and Huang Combo
500's with a pause on your light day? This is inspiring and also makes me feel like a useless old turd at the same time. Thanks John. Lol. Wow
It moved like my 135….
At this point, and it might seem the other way around, is an achievement for anyone to be featured in this channel.
Yooo John and Andy at RP, this is gonna be good content!
edit: it was good content, they did great, thanks Dr Mike
these guys are next level animals. what a session, dr mike definitely came inside
this was the secret training as to how haack totaled 1022.5 at the pro-am
Hahah I think this was just a bump in the road for him! - Dr. Mike
Love watching Dr Mike and love watching the dynamic duo of Andy and John on the Iron Rebel channel. Great to see all three together! Do it again when you don't have to take it easy on them
My brother competed against Mr. Bilboswaggins and he remembers himself being one of the strongest people there. Then Jon lifted and it was just a completely different level than anyone else present. My brother placed first because it was a state competition and Jon wasn’t from that state but he said Jon was like 150-200lbs+ heavier in every lift than him…
Someone needs to do an anatomical study on John Haack. The guys strength is unreal.
Gotta get these guys back for every muscle group. They're the GOAT!
Love this kind of content, especially with legends like John, Andy, and Mike! 😁
This was awesome! Been watching a lot of John Haack videos recently so this was a lot of fun to see them train with Dr Mike! Also super interesting to see how powerlifters handle this kind of workout.
Dr. Mike. Is such a sweetheart covered with monstrous muscles. When he said, he does not watch movies that the main characters are dying...
He is so cute when he tried to go under the bar to pretend to lift it.
Leg day vid is always awesome to watch.
Andy is a good dude. I met him at a seminar he did at my old gym. So strong!!
Love this type of content yall keep that good shit comin. Relentless dedication to quality!
I really enjoy your channel Dr. Mike. Thanks for all your content and jokes.
Awesome Video. It’s always great to see guests tag along.
These collabs are outstanding, all.your favorite lifters favorite lifters kinda feel.
Leg day workout videos are my favorite especially with squats
Ive met Andy and he is a MONSTER. Ive seen him lift several times and to see him with John and Dr. Mike is Awesome. You know these workouts are killer when guys like this are smoked
John, Mike & Andy are my favourite lifting throuple.
These guys are phenomenal, loved it!
Oh boy John Haack. My body is ready.
Mfer has actual HULK strength.
John is so strong, it's a little concerning. 🤣
This is my far my favorite channel for fitness content
Been waiting for this one!
Been waiting for this one 🥰
I love how mike makes everything a joke love his attitude towards life
My favorite drugfree athlete, Mike Israetel, at it again.
I'm an athlete? That's news to me! - Dr. Mike
You know hes open about his past usage right LOL
He's more natural than fresh spring water! 😁
@@musashimiyamoto8998 you know what sarcasm is right LOL

great vid...Huang & Haack 2 humble guys
They're such great guys in person! - Dr. Mike
Best guests ever, Lets go !
This one was great. Awesome to see that squat too!
your sense of humour is unmatched lol dont change
I was waiting for this episode for when I seen a clip of John with Dr Mike a while back from Lifting Vault. This episode is a gem for sure. Appreciate the quality of effort these guys came with.
Great show!
Awesome stuff!!!
This was a great video!
I just moved to the greater Detroit area and this is the first RP video I've watched since moving here. This was probably the most entertained I've been by any RP video, thanks to John Haacks' mutant ability to move 405 faster than I can air squat.
Great video!!!
love these videos
Thank you.
awesome workout. You should invite more of these power lifters to come and do these gruesome bodybuilding training !!!
Andy and John are such a great couple
awesome collaboration
John Haack is the world's strongest RuneScape player. I'm trying to make second. I know I need to make sure I deadlift less than 800 to do that, and I've got that much figured out. 😎👍🏻
ive been waiting ever since the IG story
Good content foresure when RP drops a video with Hacck & Andy!!!
Tried to look it up but Jaaaaan Haaaaaaaaaaack doesn't populate anything. You said it's more "A's" than you'd think but do I need to add even more?
When you become a professor of something but also would have been able to embrace a career as a full time stand up comedian. What a brain Dr Mike
That is what I was waiting for, but I must leave work first :'(
I forgot, that I haven't been on my dinner break, so actually I can watch it B)
Get a remote job bro.
I have a volume question regarding conditioning. For this purpose, the conditioning involves performing exercises or variations of exercises that one might normally do in the gym (pushups/pullups/Box Jumps/Squats/etc). The intent of the conditioning is to get one's heart rate up whilst performing exercises that can carry directly over to other hypertrophy or strength work (not running or BJJ or other fun things that are not direct hypertrophy/strength type movements). So, the question. How would you consider this type of conditioning when trying to determine the level of volume interference it may have with other work. Example, if pullups are part of conditioning circuits, would you program less vertical pulling hypertrophy work even if the pullups in the circuit are more taxing on cardio than one's ability to do strong mind muscle connected pullups?
These guys are 'stupid' strong 😂 Respect!!! I can only imagine how long it takes to get that strong.
Inspirations. I’ll be there soon, promise
sooo good!
that was fun.. working the hypertrophy is where its at
i skipped to the heavy squat and i saw john haack, now i have to start over
Great workout.
RP has in its stable of endorsed athletes: Rich Froning and John Haack. Wow!
That was great!
John is such a freak lol. How can someone be that strong but not be gigantic? I mean he's BIG but smaller than you'd think for that level of strength.
Andy should be the end boss of yazuka video games
Please make a Video on Full Body (POWER) Workout.
I mean (Strength + Speed) = POWER
i love good mornings so much
Wow. Incredible
Yoooo I got into lifting because of Andy and Brandon Allen from their podcast
oh yeah, brother!
11:57 Watching the wormy vein in Dr. Mike's right bicep wriggle around while he talks is mesmerizing me while also grossing me out.
Getting John Haack to the point he cant squat the weight of Dr. Mikes hands at the end is really something else
John getting exiled from the village like Highlander.
Loved it!! 🤣🤣🤣
I just want to go cry with the weight you guys are pushing....
Good dudes!
The way those 400 and 500 lbs warm ups moved is just... I'm speechless. You can almost hear a squeeky toy sound in the background xD
Nice to see my favorite powerlifters training with Varys from game of thrones
What’s even more impressive about Haack’s squat is that he does high bar squat in a sport dominated by low bar squat (which has a clear strength advantage). Insanely impressive
When Dr Mike looks small you know these guys are insanely huge.
He doesn't look small at all, man just has Jewish height genetics 😂
this was a good video
Just a casual 7 plate squat no biggie
Hey Dr. Mike it may seem mundane but can you do a simple video of breath control during different styles of lifts. The when, where, how, and why type of content? I use a lot of your videos to show instruction and that video would be great for your entire community. Thanks.
Where did you get the music at 16:50??
This a sick fuckin leg day video
Dang I was hoping for the Andy and Charlie collab.
I dig the plaid
John Haack is the GOAT
lmao get strong like me part was the best part ngl
Hey, like John, I've haven't failed a 500lb squat in a long time.
I've also never tried one, but ignore that.
What are the tapes attached to the smith machine bar for? I see them in Some videos
Thoughts on, as an alternative, replacing the slow bodyweight squat that was done after the hack squat set with a wall sit? Better/worse/different?
Wall sit is an isometric, so there's no ROM, there's no eccentric or concentric contraction. You might get a mad pump or burn, but they're probably less hypertrophic than an actual squat.
9:54 Dr. Mike fawning over John Haack is amazing. I enjoyed it immensely! Pretty sure that's a rare occurrence, as Dr. Mike is not easily impressed to that extent.
I would love to train with you and pick your Brain. At 43 I’m the biggest I’ve ever been. Your videos have helped me a lot
we’re litttttttt
Love you Dr. Mike but you are def a bodybuilder and you can tell by the way you spot a squat😂😂😂
Haha thata what i think...he would die instantly if he failed the squat
Can you explain the difference between a bodybuilder spot and a powerlifting spot? I genuinely have no idea.
@@TheJipino I think he meant the way he treated the weight, had his hands pretty close, and bent over quite a bit. A powerlifting spot would be very respectful of the weight and more distance would be kept. Also, the way he holds his hands like he will pick up the side with his hands around it is unusual for spotting a heavy squat. The "best" way is standing kind of twisted with one arm under the bar, that way it can't fall through your hands and you can shoulder the weight up.
@@TheJipino if you look at some big powerlifting meets, they usually get it right...not 100% tho haha
@@TheJipino he’s touching the side of it the whole way up just slightly which you can tell tips John over just a SLIGHT bit which is enough to be bad with this heavy of a load. Also, the biggest diff you can tell between mike and Andy. You usually should kinda wrap yourself around the plates so you can squat it up in the face of failure with a better grip and stance! I hope that made sense😂
Johns quads were about to explode out of his pants.
