Beautiful song i have a hard time playing it at church because i lack coordination but thanks to your tutorial i have a secret weapon. Thanks man, many blessings :)
Thanks for watching and appreciate your feedback! I’m glad it was helpful to learning how to approach the song.
Amazing dynamics. That floor Tom sounds so good. Really this song really shows off how good all of your toms sound. Another amazing cover.
johnsondrummer ... thanks Michael! I appreciate your feedback and encouragement! Thanks for watching.
Earl Bennett - earldrum you are very welcome my friend.
Very nice jungle Beat, God I love that kerope ..,,!!!,!!! This was a very nice song, great job earl
Thanks for watching and your support Bryan! I thought the Kerope fit the sound of this song!
your style is so simple, i love it.. great job !
Ryan Espiritu ... thanks for watching. I try to lock in the groove and play the essential parts that make it groove. Simple is harder than it looks when you can play more ... but simple sounds better on recordings sometimes. I’m glad you enjoyed it! 👍🏻🤟🏻✌🏻
Never heard this song before but I like it and I like the drums in it. Fantastic job!
David Crivello ... thanks for your comment David. Yes I head it a few weeks ago and I really liked it!
I love this music... I enjoyed this awesome cover
DRUM ON ... I’m trying to do one worship song per week ... we will see if I can keep that up. This is a beautiful song that speaks to my Spirit! Thanks for watching.
Christian covers may not be that most watched... I have had people to tell me if I was going to do christian music... They was not going to be a part of my channel... As you sad they are songs that speak to my Spirit! So i'm going to do them
DRUM ON ... me too!
Hi Earl, very tasteful drumming. Like that snare, you have an impressive collection- you should do a video about them: Black Beauty, Noble & Cooley ... a lot of sought-after gear 😎
Mike Luke ... thanks Mike ... you are right I probably should do a video about my snare drum collection. Thanks for the feedback! 😀👍🏻
Drums sound great Earl! Cool song as well...love how it builds!
AR Drummer ... thanks Adam! It’s a very worshipful song!
Amen and Amen 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks Preach! The song touched me deeply! Thanks for watching!
Never heard the song, but love it. You ever think of playing this with a mustangs style groove? I think it might give it a cool momentum. Just something I hear in my head. I love your videos and believe we could have some killer discussions. Keep bringing it.
Robert Cozart ... hi Robert, I’m sure there are a bunch of different grooves I could use on this song, but I was playing over the original drummer so I tried to be as close to the original as I could be. I’m sure we could talk drums for hours too!
Love this song
Really nice Earl!!
Thank you Gigi!
Cool cover Earl!!! What kind of sticks are those ? They look like they have a different kind of bottom. Awesome work Earl :)
Hi William .. thanks for the comment. The drumsticks are called Trueline drumsticks. They no longer make them ... the closest stick made like it today is the Promark Billy Ward stick ... called the bulb! The bulb helps you to hold on to the stick loosely!
Earl Bennett - earldrum Oh very cool . Thank you for letting me know :!
