I'm coming back after a few months later, only because you came up on my feed again. Just wanted to say thank you for helping me pass my test. Your lessons far exceeds the paid courses I bought. You really break it down and do not sound like your talking thru a teleprompter. You are a great teacher, wish I had you in the 10th grade. :)
Thanks Robert. No teleprompter here. Your words mean the world to me. I think most teachers hope they have a positive impact on their students. I definitely hope I have had a positive contribution and impact especially on my high school students. My high school students will start taking their FAA exam this week.
Mr.Mig, you're the man!! Thank you for taking time out and making these videos not only for your students but for everyone on the internet. Passed my exam this morning after watching all of your videos for a couple of weeks. You helped me understand topics when other youtube videos left me confused. Keep doing the amazing work!! I feel like I am a student of yours now.
Hey Mr. Mig I want to say thank you. I passed my part 107 test today with a 92. You videos were a big help. Keep on making these great videos. Thank you
Another excellent job, Mr. Mig! One note: On your final flash card, you state that the repair cost required to report to the FAA is “$500 or more”. However, your verbal explanation states that the threshold amount is ”more than $500”… which is correct. The card itself needs to be corrected to, “… is more than $500”.
I and my two staff members got A's yesterday on our P107 Drone Test at the Johnstown, PA airport. We watched your videos extensively. Thanks for taking the time to make them!
The PSI Exams website has a practice exam that has actual test questions from the Part 107 test. I actually scored a 100 on my exam. Thank you for putting in time and effort teaching.
If you're studying to get your remote pilot certificate, you're at the right place. I passed the exam a few months ago, and Mr. Mig's videos were a big help. I wish I had actually written some flash cards though. First, simply writing things down seems to help fix those things in memory. Second, a set of flash cards is an easy study guide you can use just about any place and any time.
Happy new year! Preparing to take the exam when I feel I'm ready. Your videos are helping alot! I had signed up for a online study course but the instructor puts me to sleep. Thanks again and looking fwd to anymore videos you have time to share
I used your part 107 drone instructional videos along with the faa study guide to study for my exam over the last week. Took the test today and scored a 95%. Couldn’t have done it without your videos. Your background as a educator shines throughout. The only part that I was a bit shaky on was remote id and communication frequencies referenced on the sectional charts, but there was enough info in the appendix book they give you to do the exam to kinda logic it out. Anyways. Thanks so much! I wouldn’t have had the confidence or knowledge to take the test without you. 👍👍👍
Mr Mig! Thank you for all these videos. I just passed this morning with a 90% with your help. Some question I did not see in any training videos anywhere were about Remote ID…unless I missed them. There were about 3 of them in mine.
Mr. Mig, I just finished my test and passed with a 90% used all your videos as my learning guides and definitely would've been lost in the woods without all your help! I want to say thank you for the knowledge and I hope your content can help others as much as it has helped me. Thank you again.
Hi Mr. Mig, I am taking my Part 107 Commercial Drone Certification Exam, your videos really helped! You really taught stuff in a way I could understand. I’m taking my test a week from now, I feel ready because of you! Love to hear your tips and advice for this test! Best Regards, Rob Malfitano
Thank you! for making this series I have been studying to take my part 107 for a week and plan to take it this coming Friday! I would love to see some more videos on the updated FAA rules regarding night ops and flying over people simply because your ability to teach far exceeds! any other person on UA-cam on this topic . Sincerely Thank you for your time and effort into making the part 107 more accessible
@@MrMigsClassroom Hey hey hey! OMG, I passed the test! 90% score 😱 Thanks you so much mr. Mig! Your tutorials were definitely one of just few the most useful tutorials! Thank you so much! 🙏🙏
You might not see questions exactly like these. But you will see many questions that require knowing this information. Many of the questions on the exam are multi-variate. Meaning for example you might need to know the maximum height you can fly a UA and how many feet you must be below clouds in order to get the question correct. To answer your questions, you will need to know most of this information.
One confusing thing about the age limits is that you have to be 16yrs to have a part 107, but you can actually take the test when you are 14yrs. I guess the reason is because the license is valid for 2 years so if you take the test at 14 you'll be able to use it when you turn 16...its weird.
Hey Mr. Mig. Thanks for all your help! I passed my exam and your channel was a big help to me!

I use flash cards extensively when studying for an exam, however, there are computer programs that allow you to write and manage this process
Yes. But I’m a big fan of writing my flashcards. I think the writing helps remembering the information.
Learned again ! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Is it 10 calendar days or 10 business days to report an accident?
Flashcards is a good idea. Will these questions be on the test ?

I took my exam last Thursday and scored a 92. I can attest that some of these questions are on the actual exam.

I hope this works...I can thread the needle with a drone but I am dumb!
I've never understood how one can have a 0.04 BAL or higher after 8 hours of not drinking.
It's 500 feet now, not 400.
I do not think that is accurate. Can you send me a link from where you got that information?
Trying to imagine the lifestyle of a person who would quit drinking 8 hours beforehand who might be 0.4% BAC when flying. Seek help!
I know right!
