By default for my lovecraftian world I added Mowzies Mobs with Parasites, but I removed all the mobs except the African dudes because I like living in a protective village with them and lore wise I wanna say they protect against evil spirits

Btw Andy, someone released an addon for the Nocubes mods. You can config how often the nests spawn and what items you get from sample refiners.

recently found out a mod called "shotguns&glitter" which adds very useful tranqualiser ammo to its weapons. it doesn't make the game unbalanced but is very helpful to deal with single targets

I recommend you the game "Don't Starve Together". The "Don't Starve Together" is better than just the basic one, even if you play alone. It has a ton more things. You can also play first person, if you get a first person mod on it. But remember, that the game is BRUTAL, and even the classic mode is hardcore. The game is extremely hard, it's a survival game.
