question how do you get to higher tiers and upgrade the factory ?
@@GooeyZebkill, infect, until you have contributed enough points to tier up. The amounts needed are the same as the Evolution Phases.
Factories take on the tier you had when you made them.
Yeah, I continued to check things out on my own. Been discovering some new stuff too.
Like the way to level up by upping your contributed points, the phase boosters being a life saver to level up for tier 3 and above, etc…
One thing that’s somewhat annoying are the beckon’s spawns, I understand that there’s a lock on players factory parasites so we don’t absorb them, but I wonder if you could make it so NPCs beckon’s spawns can be absorbed too.
Other thing I somewhat changed by adding a trade with factory is the Ender Pearls acquisition. Because of the parasites, I can’t drop Ender Pearls since they turn the Endermen into their infected variants. (Though I guess I’m just lazy to make a farm) so I just added a living core -> Ender Pearls trade in the factory for 100 EP (Ender Pearls in particular since end-game phase boosters ask for a lot of them in their chain-recipes.)
Aside from those small (picky) problems, haven’t found any other problems. Game’s a blast and even more so with other dimensional mods, been trying to phase 8 Overworld, Nether, End, Blue Skies, Twilight Forest and Aether this time.

There's probably a way to upgrade your own parasite tier. But well, there's a lot of things I haven't discovered yet in the mod.

Had this installed and told my friends it was just a parasite extra addon and they were shocked to see me standing in the middle of a parasite horde on the 3rd week of playing the server.

glad to see all of the new fan mods for scape and run parasites, cool!
This would be interesting on a server with a bunch of people. Sadly i only know three people invested enough in modded Minecraft to play for more than two hours.

feels like this entices you to join the parasites
is there a way to turn normal? every time ive turned parasite the other parasites even tho i didnt even do anything to make them do this follow me around and its annoying to try and remove the parasites from my house
@@FrostingDaProtogen there's an option in the config normally where you can turn off 'parasites follow you when not hidden'

@@FrostingDaProtogen From what i've seen, they drain your evolution points and may enhance some mobs against the parasites. They're a nuisance basically

edit: and no idea if i should be using thaumcraft because some things require me to go near fire or use it and that scares the parasite

This is a really neat idea. It would be cool if it added in NPC “resistance camps” to give a single player run more of an objective
You just reminded of Vampirism’s Hunters, though from the updates of the mod, it seems like we’ll get an ‘opponent’ for the Hive. Some Eldritch horror that slowly takes over the world or something. Still WIP but it sounds sick

the idea of joining the parasites is great and I want to see it develop
You know it would be scary imagine walk in a village with other players it's peaceful but then only from massive parasite raid comes in and half the people take off their disguise turn to parasites using the same weapons as you you could be Knight with a sword and shield but then the parasites has a sword and shield or soldier with machine gun but then also the parasites have guns you're kind of screwed either way pick your poison parasites are already hard enough imagine if they had same technology as humans it went from impossible to just ...
This will be a fun mod for multiplayer and maps, nice showcase!
I've tried this mod addon for some time, and I found some dialogue when you store any stages (I to IV) Beckons or Dispatchers with your latch. When you store one inside you, a message will say "STOP IT". I thought I find that feature very funny.
what would be really awesome, is as a parasite, you can create a parasite structure that acts as your main base, and parasites spawn naturally around it to guard the place, infect the terrain around it, and nut jsut that, but also give you access to spawning higher tier parasites, and give the ability to lead armies of parasites.
Combine with morph mod for peak parasite experience :D

I already thinking of playing with my friends normally and then turning into an abominalble beast in the next secund
I always wanted this, except I expected that the player would have to sacrifce something to the parasites in order to assimilate themselves. This works too, though. I'd just prefer a different method of getting the letter

Are you referring to the Living Greataxe or the Living Pick-axe? Because the latter is from the addon. The former is from base srp, as you said.

If Parasite Players die, they will be immediately devolved back to Tier 0 (Inborn) when they respawn.
This addon can also be used in Among Us roleplays (which allows you to become an Imposter, in the shape of a Parasite).
What is the mod for the bar above blocks and their hp? I've cant find one that shows potion effects
I’m using Jade, when you crouch it shows potion effect though you’d have to enable that in the mod settings
