They are also weak to fire. Eventually, we will add stronger mobs but firstly, we are going to release a quick update to fix some copyright issues most likely.
An SRP playthrough making it to Phase 8? Never thought I'd see the day. And I love how Andy's first reaction to reaching Phase 8 is "We won!". Like the whole point of the playthrough was to make it to Phase 8. Nice job lol. The world is now truly better than its ever been. Just ignore the fact that there's parasites everywhere.
The Damage Absorb bonus of sabers and rapiers don't apply in the offhand if you are using SpartanWeaponry-1.12.2-1.5.3 It only checks for main hand usage in this version. (I recall the stream VOD from yesterday wondering if it stacked.)
Adding Wyrms of Nyrus is literal nightmare fuel. As if the hordes of infested wasn't enough, seeing a colossal living mothership overhead vomiting down entire patrols of antennae flailing nightmares is morale murder. Godspeed to you boys, this is the challenge of a lifetime.
The music choices got an upgrade, very slick, although more Metal Slug would be a banger. Nonetheless good work Andy 🎼 + 19:06 that inventory is messier than the Star Wars continuity 🗿
I love this series. If you need any ideas to keep making parasites series’, the three of you could keep adding different twists to make the game challenging in different ways

Bro, any mod that adds more randomly spawning mobs just feeds the Parasites. Parasites can infect ANYTHING, even if it doesn't have an assimilated form. It will just make incomplete forms, and then those forms become flesh mounds, and the flesh mounds fuse together to make primitive forms, and then the primitive forms kill those that haven't been converted to incomplete forms, and then they become adapted forms. It was just a terrible idea to add 'The Visitor' mod, because you just fed the Parasites. ANY MOD that adds a ton of mobs, especially ones that are weak, is bad in combination with Scape and Run. Hordes is also a terrible mod to pare with Scape and Run, not because it will spawn parasites, but because even those that aren't parasites will become parasite food. Just all in all a terrible mod combination. Honestly, you want mods that TONE DOWN parasites, not help them, jeez.
You guys are 100% playing on normal mode, I looked at the damage of assimilated adventurer and they only did 4 hearts without armor, but on hard mode they do 7.5 hearts
Yeah I think your right, because now that I think about it I did think some things should’ve hit a lot harder. I think just forgot to set it to hard on the spawn
I dont understand how you get phases so quick, whenever i play i cant get above 4 cause whenever i kill adapted parasites the phase drops back to like 2 or smth :(
