Visited Witchita back in Dec 2018 to visit a woman I met online. Nothing went past that weekend but I never forgot the vibe ....loved the great food and friendly open people . Now retired due to workplace injury..... Thinking of packing the car and making Wichita my new home.

Nice channel! Thank you for the memories. I left Wichita in 2001 to join the army and ended up in Iraq for 18 months. Upon returning, I was never able to return to my hometown. I ended up in Georgia, Florida, New York and now Virginia. Wichita will always have a special place in my heart.

It has grown and expanded tremendously over the last 19 years. You should visit it when you have the time and see what it looks like now. A lot has changed.

💥🔥💥Wichita and Kansas ARE good! Wichita IS a quiet living town and 2 plus hours away from any huge city.....I grew up in the country and thankful for Kansas open spaces to escape all of this crazy volatile world going on! God is alive and good! 💥👍TY!!🔥💥
Glad you enjoy it here! I used to live in Wichita many years ago. I now live in Hutchinson. Kansas is a very laid back peaceful state. It's very nice here.
I am thinking of moving there. I can buy a house w/ a nice yard there. Too many people & too expensive now here in CO.

WHERE IS THE NEW BASEBALL STADIUM? AND THE NEW TRIPLE TEAM? SHOULD ALSO SHOW THE EXPANSION OF WICHITA STATE UNIVERSITY...AND OLD TOWN...AND THE DEVELOPMENT AROUND THE NEW STADIUM AND RIVER ADJACENT TO IT....GOOD JOB OVERALL...

Left Wichita in 2013 I think been in MS since use to work at the coffee shop meads corner, also was tole booth worker at city hall, was stabbed 3 times right outside Emerson in old town, use to have good times at what use to be the blue lounge, for good and bad it's a great city.

Living here for almost a year now, there’s a lot of potential in the downtown area, but the people behind the development of arts and entertainment, needs to have vision concerning this. It’s not bad, but I has the setting to be much better.

wichita is a super fun place to be. it’s like a small town-big town. there may not be any disneyworlds or anything like that, but it is fun to hang out in and super fun landmarks.
How safe is it for families?
@Ant & Kate pretty safe. downtown has been a lot better over the years and some parts are still a bit sketchy. I would recommend Riverside park area and the Keeper of the Plains.
