sure miss my home town, you passed by my apartment that I lived in before my husband and I married. we live in Washington state now. If I could go back in time, I sure would. I lost my dad recently. I miss him. I thankful for all the memories but I do wish I could drive around and reminisce. It would be good for my heart and quite healing. I have lived in oklahoma, colorado, california and washington and there is something about wichita that these sought after cities cannot live up to. Nature really never replaces the feeling of visiting an old restaurant you grew up going to or visiting an old friend or your alma mater. I am blessed to see beautiful places. I would love to go to Bella Luna or just drive around and reminisce. 💔

I’m 50 miles north of Wichita, but anytime I need a night on the town, I’m southbound and down on I 135 to Wichita! I spent a great amount of time years ago in Wichita staying with my brother when he was still alive, I miss him like crazy. Are you east or west of the Cascades? I have family in and near Spokane!
I’m still bamboozled that you started the video on Pawnee close to my high school SouthEast high school and then went on to Rock road and Then you got to 21st and Rock and I started panicking thinking you were going to turn onto 21st and get closer to my neighborhood and find my house.😂😂😂 but honestly thx for the scenic driving video of my hometown, I’m still shocked you got so close to my house bc you stayed on Rock all the way from around my high school area to past my house and a lot of other areas in Wichita me and my family go to.
Definetely the way we Germans and Europeans perceive the U.S - broad, broader, wide, wider ENDLESS landscapes, awesome, however, better have a well running car in this part of the world😄Now let´s connect some of your cities with our no -speed limit -autobahns.😅

Wichita traffic in the middle of the night is perfect.. during the day everyone is always in a hurry. But cruising through Wichita in the middle of the night with little to no cars was always enjoyable. Gives you a chance to see the city at your own pace.. Although its night there's something beautiful about it.
That's my feeling. I lived there 28 years, but now live in Tucson and LOVE it. The dry desert, stuff to do, better people and accent, and just an aura.
