Nicely done. It looks like a simple, straightforward build. No extravagant material, no complicated technique; little to break, and easy to fix if it does. Plus, the video is great for what it doesn't have - a complicated, longwinded intro, hamhanded branding, etc. Thanks for showing us your work.
Very, very good choice using the Pink Foamular insulation. I've had good results using it in my Van. Stay away from Reflexit, Doesn't well. PS: (I Used my thermal imaging camera to find cold spots) I also used R-13 for the side and back doors Van rode quieter. Ditto on the diesel heater. ---Last year it was the only vehicle with no snow on it the entire block.
I'm not sure, I didn't track it. The material wasn't that expensive. A few (3) hundred dollars for wood and insulation. $120 for the Chinese diesel heater. Add another $100 for the deep cycle house battery (not shown) that sat in the back corner where the "shore power" comes in. Another $100 for the exhaust fan. $100 for decals and tint. $50 for the memory foam mattress. Maybe another $100 for the 12V fuse block, dimming LED lights, and controls. So, let see - where are we: $870 bucks? Sounds reasonable and about right. My hours? Well, it was a slow labor of love. I'm going to guess that I had about 60-100 hours of "wrench time" into this. It was spread out over several evenings and weekends. I sold the van for $9K after using it for a couple years.
Way over kill on the floor . Way over kill on the walls insolation ( house fiber glass is good enough ) ! Closet behind the driver seat syops it from reclining , tall closet is unnessesary . But it's your , do what you want with it ! I like the outside detail !
What a beautiful, elegant job! Excellent video too. No fuss, no muss, did the gig and did it well.
Thank you so much for the kind and generous feedback!

What do figure was the total cost ?
Something less than $1,000. The details about this are in a comment below.
