This brief CBC News clip documents the Stones' free show for the CNIB in Oshawa circa April 1979, and features about half of 'Starfucker'. I'm not sure if the performance is taken from the first or second shows of the day.

Not so much now but in that era they seemed to get a song or two and some b-roll shots - you can see the same method with the clip from the 75 show at Maple Leaf Gardens on my channel. Unfortunately the coverage of the 72 tours is reported missing from their collection as of 2006 - from the description in their archives it didn't appear that they shot concert footage though.
