Happy new year 🎉 I wishing you a lot of health and blessings to you and your family. Many thanks for all your videos. It make me to start in this beautiful hobby thanks to you. Hope one day I can go visit your nursery
Very nice video! Happy New Year to everyone! 🎉🎉. Hope 2025 will be a good year. I just made a Norfolk Island Pine Forest in a tupperware, and I’m very happy with it. I added some pieces of petrified wood and a succulent, and it looks pretty cool! 😊
Funny how I can try hard as I like, none of my little trees look anything like yours. A couple of mine look nice but for the most part they need leaving well alone for a year or two, definitely over chopped more than a few. Practice as they say... thanks again for all the amazing youtube lessons and happy new year 🙏
This is a wonderful video about possibilities. My personal preference is option #2 (the one just before the final planting), but by tomorrow I might change my mind. I like simplicity . . . I will confess that the initial planting of three trees in a group ignites my passion. (sorry for making two comments) 🙂
Thank you Peter for all the great videos you shared in '24. Looking forward to all your videos in '25. Happy, healthy, prosperous, blessed and wonderful New Year full of joy and love, to you, your family and staff at Herons. Stay well be safe and God bless you my friend. Greetings from Ohio, USA 🙏🎉🥂🥂👍👍
A very happy and wonderful New Year to you Peter and the rest of your team there .Long live our beloved Peter ! May the Almighty bless you with good health as long as you live. Be blessed alway.
Its always a pleasure to watch this videos. Very calm and clear explanation. Hope to start with bonsai this year using everything i learned from Mr Chan. Thanks for your inspiration🙏
Hi Peter, I hope you have a very happy and successful new year. Interesting to watch you create a Forrest planting in many different layouts, I quite liked the two separate groups with a space in the middle but they are all credible forest styles. I have some similar spruce which I will create a forest planting next year all being well.
Hello Peter. What would you plant in the crescent shaped ceramic rock looking pot in the background at 22:37 in this video? I am a potter and find that a very interesting pot.
Happy New year to you and your team Peter. Very good and informative video. I am working towards producing a larch forest which I will have grown from seed. Still a way to go.
Wishing you and all your viewers a happy, healthy and successful 2025. 🥂🥳 May your roots be strong, your foliage be vibrant and healthy, and your internodes short. 🌲🌴🌳
Lovely video, how do you control swelling at the nodes and inverse taper as the tree develops? As I can see that there are still some branches emerging from the same point?
Happy new year. I've been thinking for the past couple of weeks watching your videos. Would a body cam help out with filming when there's no cameraman? I don't know if it would work out ok with it being too close up or whatever but it's an idea.
Dear Peter. First of all a happy newyear to you, Josh and the rest of the Herons team. I bought Japanese white beech seedlings also very rare. I saw you were collecting seeds. Is het also possible to airlayer them? I had to import them out of France from Maillot Bonsai
Peter, thank you for not being, as a rule, pedantic. One curse of being a master is that you are the target of dastardly individuals, the worst being those who have knowledge of the value of what they steal. I have owned your book Bonsai Masterclass since the 1990s, such a source of inspiration. I so look forward to your videos from across the Atlantic Ocean. Wishing you a healthy and safe 2025.
The best way to start into the New Year is watching a new video by Peter Chan. Happy New Year everybody! 🥂
Thank you
A splendid forest - odd or even does not matter because its the eye effect that rules. So many options. Wishing you a great 2025 Peter and Team.

Any Juniper with lots of driftwood would look nice in that. Even a formal upright Juniper.
Happy New Year, peter

Keep cutting the nodes with a branch or Wen cutter if you are bothered by this
Love forests!
Happy new year. I've been thinking for the past couple of weeks watching your videos. Would a body cam help out with filming when there's no cameraman? I don't know if it would work out ok with it being too close up or whatever but it's an idea.
I tried this but no good as you cant see what is being filmed.
I have your first book displayed :)

What would be the aftercare of this grouping so that it adjusts and is healthy?
No special care - protect a bit in winter and of course dont forget to water in Spring and Summer.
@peterchan3100 thank you Peter!

How can anyone ever feel good or proud of any item that they stole? Every time they looked at it, they should feel shame not enjoyment.
Looks amazing straight up. 👍🇦🇺🦘
