While the first statement is true, the second one is not. During one of President Reagan’s speeches, a balloon popped. Without missing a beat, Reagan stopped mid-sentence, said “missed me”, and continued on. Supposedly the joke was so well received that Reagan repeated on at several occasions, though I don’t know if that’s true.
While both men are badasses (Reagan was still telling jokes while being prepped for his surgery after having been shot), this Reagan story is just a silly joke.

These Vtubers are all loud AF, the high pitched laughing, the shouting... This is how you know they're certified IRL women because only those creatures do this thinking it makes them "cute" (even though some question the likes of Filian and Alana... I can kinda see it, no shade). If you endure this grating aspect of the whole though, you get rewarded with the most relatable and based chicks on these platforms, the sort you take out for beers to soak in their takes about stuff for hours. Kirsche really takes the cake here with the heavy Boston accent, makes me think of a cosplaying yenta, by far the most based and involved out of the bunch; but Filian is funny AF with her dumbass reactions; Alana is a very sweet, silly girl; Pippa was my introduction to all this stuff, she's great and Shondo is just... Man, that chick has something wrong with her, for real lol
