I think these stories are spawned from terrible police work and guilty parties trying to draw attention away from the truth. Unfortunately people love a good ghost story
The one where you mention a German sex offender may be the perpetrator. When everyone with more than 4 brain cells believes the parents were entirely culpable of at least a cover up.....
Look into David Spencer and Patrick Warren from chelmsley wood in Birmingham. It's the most disturbing children missing case but gets no attention because there not from high class or middle class families.Pleae just give it a glance its awful .The milk carton kids there called here in uk .They were the first to appear on milk cartons in the uk
I’ve done a lot of solo hikes and I can tell you, there are so many dangers out there- I’ve had bears enter my camp, hiked alongside a wolf pack and stumbled onto a weird encampment out in the middle of nowhere. In other words, I was stupid.
I have lived in Northwestern Montana my entire life of 49 years. I have done dozens of solo hikes anually here in the heart of grizzly bear country for about 30 of those years. There have definitely been some rather frightening times.
I lost my only daughter to a brain tumor in August 2000 at the age of 7.5 years old and I thought that was the worst thing to ever happen to me and my family. Here’s the thing: we know what happened to her, I couldn’t even imagine losing a child and not knowing what ever happened to them. Absolutely mind numbing I would imagine. My heart goes out to anyone that this has happened to.
Losing a kid is the worst of the worst. My son committed suicide at 18. As you say though at least I know what happened to him and was able to have a funeral etc. The unknown would drive me insane.
I went to school with Asha Kreimer's mother. She has never ceased looking for Asha. Her disappearance has caused her mother such intense heartache for all these years.
Asha’s case sounds like a brain tumor or something, it’s just so strange to have such sudden onset of severe symptoms like that. I wish she’d been able to get scans. I hope she is safe somewhere even though I know that is unlikely
Why in every single crime case are there random people like you always saying (and it's ALWAYS the line " well, I went to school with such and such") the same nonsense? More likely than not, you're full of bullshit and just want attention. If you can show proof, I'll gladly apologize, but until then...quit. Seriously.
The one child that disappeared after his school's science fair is one that infuriates me because someone in his family knows what happened, and no one has come forth.
Do you think it might have been a pedophile from outside the family? Those people are insidious and always looking for a chance. Unfortunately true. But it really looks like the stepmother did it (?) 😢
@@Pooped-my_pantsI love your name!! But you stole my comment before I could!! (I've shit my pants as an adult!) I have another story too but, I'm afraid it would be too long!
"The Nutty Putty tragedy is horrific." ------------------------------------------------------ Yes it is. But it's unusual in that most caving expeditions are led by an experienced caver who would never allow someone to go off on their own into an unexplored passage. Nutty Putty was a case of poor leadership.
@@kenthompson5723 Nutty Putty was never about leadership. It was an open hole on a desert slope that young people just heard about and would go and crawl into. It was never a draw for experienced cavers because there wasn't any spectacular cave scenery and the hole ran only a few yards. Authorities never became involved with it because it was never a problem spot until someone became stuck and then died there. Once the death happened, it was immediately filled and sealed.
I've been a part of this youtube channel for 4 years. Its gotten me through tough times, good times, and boring times. Thanks, Mike, for your hard work. You're the best.😊
Sometimes I forget that tales of people getting lost with no hope of being found can be even scarier than a murder story, especially when it involves caves! Thank you so much Mike for switching things up!
*Nowadays we all know what most likely happened to the Roanoke colony, but everyone is too scared of being non-PC to say it, and to sponsor proving it.* At the time, that colony was the "invasive species" and the natives were the most likely ones to suffer from that "invasive species", and the most likely ones to benefit from capturing them. At the times those people had almost no experience with natives, and most of them likely would have only known to call the natives Croatoan. Sadly, being PC takes precedence over facts nowadays, so nobody wants to conclude that, and the ones who do get shot-down immediately as racist. Even though there was nothing racist about the natives wanting to extinguish this known-unknown category of threat. Even though even now many tribes kill people because they are the type of threats that are classified as "known-unknowns"
@jonslg240 wtf are you talking about dude? Natives attacking the colony is a well discussed possibility, and is given credence as being likely. The discussion exists because it is impossible to prove anything one way or the other, it has nothing to with being 'pc'.
Not only is this the best “true crime” channel on you tube but I actually think it’s one of the best channels on you tube period, really very well done.
Yeah...I think Mike has more actual things to watch and look at instead of just focusing on himself and talking to the camera. Or the AWFUL ones that keep a small picture of themself there...and saying nothing...while they display things. What people thought that was a good idea? Apparently several...
I've always thought that having a loved one disappear must be the worst thing to bear. The not knowing why, how, when, who and where would be unbearable.
Same... I hear stories like these and the thought of someone in my life going missing enters my mind and all I wonder is how I'd ever eat or sleep or be at peace again. I feel that I wouldn't be able to not look for them, chasing down any lead I could... but I suppose as humans, we can all adapt to any situation and I guess it might hurt forever, but life goes on? Still, I agree, I can't imagine how incredibly unbearable that would be.
Yes. The “ no closure,”. You wake up everyday and it strikes you that your loved one is out there. The worry, stress, concern never goes away. You feel that you can’t just sit still, you must do something. I just read now that Finn Creaney’s dad continues to look for him.
In the 1970’s, my friend’s brother disappeared on that mountain. They had literally everyone possible searching, they even had Interpol helping. He was never seen again. It’s the not knowing that gets to people. Scary as heck.
There's areas, on the earth, where there's entrances to other civilizations. There's interdimensional rifts and even entities who abduct. E.g. Certain areas have a history of serpent-like entities luring people into caves and rivers. They're never found.
The last one, Connie Johnson, people were shocked when her dog just showed up weeks later. I heard they tried to get the dog to lead them back into the woods, hoping Ace would lead them to Connie.. But the dog was too scared/nervous and refused. Really strange. Strange why Connie and Ace would leave the camp site and where was Ace that whole time? Could be he was with Connie’s body and didn’t want to leave it, or he somehow got separated from her and survived long enough to be rescued himself.
Dogs are really loyal. He probably stayed with her until she passed away and then finally after a few days gave up and left her. I'm surprised and sad that the dog couldn't lead them back to her, or that someone didn't recommended bringing in a dog to track her by scent along with her dog since that might have helped her dog to figure out what they wanted it to do.
@@swannoir that’s actually a good idea and I wonder if they considered that. I know initially they tried regular tracking dogs but they couldn’t find a scent. Connie’s case was featured on missing 411, and most 411 cases the dogs can never find a scent or right after the person disappears, there’s some kind of weather event where they’ll have to stall the search.
I would absolutely love for a video like this to be posted sporadically. Watching one of your favorite creators venture out into other things is amazing on its own not to mention it's nice to have a break from the "known violence" sometimes and just have a little spookfest
I see you're finally embracing the no glasses look. I bet it feels weird not needing them anymore! I recently got new teeth and, after having a gap in my front teeth since childhood, it's been hard to adjust to the change because it's been part of my identity my whole life.

I went hiking in Oahu in April with a group of travellers and the landscape is so unforgiving, and the vegetation is so thick. We took the "wrong" path on our hike, it was way steeper and more remote than we were expecting, and we kept commenting on how if we slipped and went even a few feet off the path we'd be screwed. Even the well-trodden paths were hard to navigate, and there was 0 phone service. I had scary dreams the following night about getting lost! Damn, that poor guy.
You could talk about bread for an hour on video and I'd still watch the whole thing. You're an awesome story teller! :D I literally have no favourite vids, they're all brilliant!

Thanks for covering Ryan Shtuka’s story Mike. The family lives near to me, and I’ve been following his story since he disappeared. Peace to the family.

Honestly, the Madeline mccann thing is a horrible tragedy, but as a father of two: I would have NEVER left my kids in that room and then went out to dinner. No no no, completely unacceptable. That’s like if my wife and I left our girls sleeping upstairs in our house and then went out to dinner. It’s just something you don’t do.
The parents, Jerry and Kate are both highly educated professionals. I am very sorry for them in their loss. This mistake of leaving their children alone has haunted them ever since. I agree with you 100%. It's tricky enough keeping an eye on small children in a department store.
@@mickkremm1904 yeah looking back on my comment I agree that this decision has likely haunted them more then I could ever dream of, and I do apologize to the family. As a father I can’t even begin to fathom what they’ve gone through and hope one day they could get some semblance of piece and closure regarding the situation.
I was a single Mother. I lived in a bldg where downstairs they had a Pharmacy store. If I wanted to get diapers I would wheel him in his bassinette to the neighbour (who didn't speak English) and I would quicky run downstairs for 10 min and buy what I needed.....they did not act responsible!
@@margretsims1322 yeah tbh can’t imagine leaving a child alone like that. I feel Bad, and I’m sure the regret it. But I can’t fathom in what world they think that’s ok to do
Somebody has seen the parents going back and forth to the room and realised that there was an alone child in there. Most likely the perp was watching the family as soon as it arrived at the complex/building. Definitely wasn't pre meditated and I'd say it was an opportunist that thought you're kidding me they are leaving her alone, I'm taking her type thing. As messed up as it sounds, that situation right there would have predators dancing with joy, They wouldn't be able to help themselves...
I just appreciate the fact that the Australian government is still looking for an explanation of William's disappearance 9 years later. Its crazy that in 4 days he will have been missing for 9 years exactly. I really hope that whatever happened happened quickly and painlessly and that he didnt have to suffer.
they should. they bungled this investigation since day one. gary jubelin blew it chasing the wrong person and giving the real perps time to cover it up. he wouldn't listen to anyone else, and wouldn't follow any other leads.
Ditto, I've suspected his foster mother having something to do with his disappearance, more so now since it came out about what happened with another child in her care, so yep she's very Sus... I hope they find his remains soon, I don't this he's alive, if he is I wouldn't be surprised however...
The Roanoke Colony thing is a very silly "mystery." They literally left a note. And documented descendants among neighboring tribes. Basically they got cold and hungry, joined a local community, got married, had kids, and lived out their lives.
Maybe…. I’d put my money on killed at some point with suspicions. Thoughts of betrayal. Or didn’t trust their intentions. If integrated even they’d have to partake in warring tribes so not having lived through that most the men would have been killed and women abused then killed by the winning tribe … But sure. Believe your happy story
Did those who return across the Atlantic ever send a search party to Croatoan to try and find them? That part is never stated in every rendition of this tale I’ve heard.
Brian Shaffer is another case that's insane. This case happened in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio. A bar about 7 miles from me. He was on camera all night, then when they watched the video when trying to find him after the missing report was filed. The video showed him never leaving the building. They said the building was under construction but there was no way into the construction part of the building. That was in 2006 I think or 08 I can't remember but nothing has been uncovered ever since. I think it's so sad, and such a wild case. Also, hit home because of being in my town and so close down the road from me.
Watched something else about his disappearance and it was determined there was a blindspot in the outside surveilance so there was a small chance he could have gotten by without being seen. The other thought is he possibly left out the back, how he would have done that no idea.
@@Wabajck I thought I remembered construction in the nightclub during that time also and another theory was he fell into a construction dumpster and was taken away to be emptied.
My daughter, now deceased, knew Ryan Schtukas mother. The last I heard he had gone camping with friends and police believe they were involved but were not cooperating. Love all that you do Mike. My daughter and I have always been huge fans.
For Jaime Fraley it’s was definitely her father in law. He killed her and hid her body, the police just couldn’t prove it before he died. Rest in peace and prayers to her family.
It was definitely the father in law and I thought they said on a podcast that it was the soon to be father in law was the "he"that took her to the hospital. He made comments all the time and kept just going into her apt. Even his son said he did it
William Terrell's foster mother was just found guilty of assault on another child, stalking and intimidation also of the same little girl. Can't convince me poor little William was killed on accident, that witch was more than likely slapping him around and met his demise purposefully!
Have to agree. And it irks me that there seems to be a gaping hole in the system when it comes to screening suitability as foster families. Time again this is a problem. It's disgraceful.
I'm Australian. If it helps, the way you feel is the way that almost all Australians feel. We do not believe them. We know they hurt that little boy and the police know it too. They are very hated here, they have to try and keep them out of the public eye because people hate them so much and are so angry about what happened to William.
Im struggling to believe that they killed William by accident. You call for help in accidents. Murder meanwhile, from a temper tantrum, a punch, a push. That can damage a little child all too easily. Guilty plp would wantvto cover that up. I expect William is no where near the home. His body is far away and long gone
What makes these kinds of cases particularly difficult here in Australia is that the police are very tight lipped about investigations in comparison with law enforcement in other countries. We have our gut feelings and so do the detectives but they have to be thorough and investigations taken a lot of time. 😢
Asha's story is heartbreaking. She may have been having her first manic episode--they usually come on around 25-26 years old. She should've been forced to stay in the mental health facility, they could've stabilized her and she could've lived a normal life. That's what happened to a friend of mine. It's scary that something like this could've happened to her if she hadn't had family forcing her to stay in treatment. My heart goes out to Asha and her loved ones.
I absolutely loved this kinda story format! No creepy music or weird voices just straight to the story and also raising awareness for these poor people😢 I’m very interested in mysterious unsolved disappearances you should do more videos like this! Some have a pretty obvious answer imo and others are so baffling. Poor families I hope people get answers one day I couldn’t imagine! Great video Mike!
Thank you for mentioning Georgina! I live in Worthing , West Sussex too and her poor mother is still struggling today as are her children. The police really bungled the whole case.
Asha Kreimer's disappearance sounds as if it coincided with the onset pf schizophrenia. She was at the age when it most afflicts young women. What surprises me is that, when she was initially hospitalized, she wasn't sedated. (At least Mike doesn't mention her having been sedated.) A beautiful young woman. And many other beautiful people, vanished without a trace. So very sad. Thank you, Mike, for bringing these cases to people's attention.
I'll never not be sad about Amelia Earhart. I wish so much that she could have been famous for a successful circumnavigation rather than for her disappearance.
I read that she was very inexperienced but was wealthy so she could afford one of the best planes (reminds me of Stockton Rush and Oceangate now). She even had entered into races with other pilots that didn't have the best plane like she did but because she was so inexperienced she never won any of those races even though she had the best equipment money could buy.
She was an absolutely amazing person and did so much for women empowerment, that's what she should be remembered for. but she didn't circumnavigate anything. She was first women to solo cross the Atlantic. No offense but not that impressive... nothing about a women makes them less capable, and people had already done this trip. So why does this very specific 'world's first' get so much credit?
@@Emira_75 you have to remember the times women just a few years before got the right to vote, it was a big thing back then for a women to fly a plane now its not a big thing but back then it was
I read online that they think she crash landed in the ocean and made it to a nearby island but she didn’t know the island was infested with coconut crabs and she was ripped to pieces 😭 they even found her freckle cream and parts of her bones that they took to a lab and they confirmed that they are the same measurements as her. A friend of my sister had a son and he was hiking with a friend in a mountainous area somewhere in southern Europe I think. When they had reacheed a high point, the friend's son said to his friend that he was going to have a look higher up to the top and disappeared out of sight. After about 5 minutes the friend looked where he had gone, but did not see him anymore. Searches came underway, but he was never found, nor any possessions like a backpack that he had with him. This happened about 35 years ago. I was so shocked at the time.
Yes !!!!this could be very well fall under the missing 411 criteria if you ask me......very creepy stuff!!!! Can't imagine the pain of the families of losing a loved one 💔
In January, 2024, it was reported that an explorer named Tony Romeo may have found the remains of Amelia Earhart's plane at the bottom of the ocean: A 16-person crew began a roughly 100-day search in September 2023, scanning over 5,200 square miles (13,468 square kilometers) of seafloor. They narrowed their probe to the area around Howland Island, a mid-Pacific atoll between Papua New Guinea and Hawaii. But it wasn’t until the team reviewed sonar data in December that they saw the fuzzy yellow outline of what resembles a plane.
Regarding Mayumi Arashi I was thinking in the lines of postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis? And for the note “Don’t believe what Yoko says” I became curious if the father, or possibly the mother, suffered from dementia. It’s quite common that the spouse of someone suffering from dementia writes notes as a reminder for all sorts of things that the dementia patient forgets. Some can be pretty hurtful, as going through a loss of someone close time and time again, and a spouse may have wanted to spare them from that. Just thinking out loud here.
I don't know why, but I think Mayumi probably disappeared voluntarily. By the way, there is a theory that the disturbing memo was staged by the TV program.
30:50 There are some details about Daylenn Pua that you should really mention about that case. The path he was on is closed to the public because it is falling apart and very delapidated. It was built during WW2 for a radio station at the top of the mountain. That being said it does not mean you cannot simply jump a gate and get onto it. In fact theres many points where you can get onto it. That man in the background was found and interviewed, he was a botanist who was collecting samples. This is the most likely scenario, he was climbing the trail, lost his footing and fell off. Nobody knows where he landed, the hikers that heard him a couple of days later couldnt figure out where he was either. He must have died before being rescued.
He actually approached from the moanalua side of the mountain, not the typical kaneohe side. That back trail is very dangerous - sheer cliffs and strong winds, easy to get lost if you take the wrong path. Plus he went solo. Look up Moanalua Valley Trail (Kulana'ahane). RIP Moke boy
@@Brandanmayhew Well, he screamed for rescue, others heard him, could not find here he was because its very dangerous on the mountain and then he eventually must have died.
The Kenny Veach case has always intrigued me. Another guy has attempted to follow his foot steps to try and find this mysterious cave that Kenny spoke of. He's found a couple of places, but thinks it may have been covered up, not naturally. He can't open or move rocks because apparently that's a crime in that area (something about not disturbing the natural things as it's considered a preservation area). Kenny could so easily have decided to end his own life as there are stories of him suffering from depression and not doing so well in his career ventures, and that if he wanted to disappear he knew enough that nobody would ever find him. Or we could go down the rabbit hole and there really is a cave, he got too nosy and interested in something he shouldn't be interested in and was taken/made to disappear etc. I feel so bad for this guy. It seems he just wanted to be happy but had demons (metaphorical ones) that stopped him from living the life he wanted.
The government has no problem admitting that whole area is full of bunkers. Besides plenty of the old military vets I've worked with at the end of their life have no problem admitting to a lot of the things they had witnessed and people they knew being silenced. 90% of Nevada is owned by the industrial military complex. I'm not saying aliens but advanced technology they don't want people seeing.

It's fantastic for you to do these videos. Definitely keep talking about missing people - your platform is huge and it's growing so quick - you could really make a difference to a lot of these cases. ❤❤❤❤
Mike, you’ve outdone yourself (no easy feat)! I’m a hardened fan of mysterious disappearances and have heard many of these stories before, but your telling of them legit gave me chills. More, please!
I'm afraid that Daylenn's disappearance doesn't seem at all mysterious to me. My dad is from Hawai'i, and I've been hiking in places that aren't banned and the mountains and rainforests there are no joke. There are tons of people who ignore bans on hiking, and yes, most of them make it back fine, but there is a reason that these trails are closed.
I lived in Las Vegas when I was younger. My friends and I were all over the desert and mountains around there. Personally, I feel that Kenny Veach created the mystery of the M cave to set up his disappearance. If he wanted to end his life and never be found, it would be easy to do out there. And there are wild animals and dangerous people out there as well.

Hey Mike. Would you consider doing a story on my friend margarita from Toronto. She was murdered when we were 18. Her body was found along a highway but the police never released her cause of death. They know who did it but can’t find him. 😭😭😭😭
I'm so sorry your friend was taken from you like that. It's difficult to process any death when it's someone close to you but when it's an intentional act of violence, that's just absolutely horrible. Deepest condolences, I hope some day justice is served. And served harshly.
A different video I watched about it made it abundantly clear that he DID have paranoia and mental issues. He hated the job and wanted to quit but was convinced not to. He had wandered into the woods numerous other times to get away from everyone, pissing off members of the crew, who chewed him out for lack of professionalism and made him want to leave even more. He got lost or slipped and fell in the woods and died.
@@derkeheath5172I've also heard about him in another video. As I recall it, a close relative was convinced 1 or more of the film crew had done something to Terrence, and believed they had agreed on a fake cover up story, because T's relative thought their description of what happened sounded too strange. Already before reading your reply, I thought it sounded unlikely the film crew would've chosen such an odd sounding cover up story, when they easily could've came up with something simpler. E.g. He walked away in X direction scouting for a better/future film location, and eventually someone realised he had never returned... His disappearance would still be a bit of a mystery, but something like that would've made whatever happened sound much more ordinary. Anyhow, your explanation about T having mental health problems, makes me even more convinced that T's relative sadly just wanted anyone other than T to blame for T's disappearance.
I really appreciated the stories of disappearances. So many people gone without a trace, some found, not in a good way. Anyway, you do an amazing job no matter what you do!😊❤️
I love this type of videos from Mike. There are so many fake and over-exaggerated creators, who bank on ominous music and long pauses for theatrical effect. But Mike talks us through actual mysteries. Love it!!
So sad to hear of the development of the William Tyrrell case, as an Aussie who’s seen his darling little face every year on the news, it’s horrible to think that the people who were meant to protect him, after already being in foster care, were the ones who hurt him
It's heartbreaking and also makes me so angry how often foster parents turn out to be the abusers and murderers of foster children. So much so that I've got to the point of believing they become fosterers purely to have access to children. That's unfair to the good foster parents but shit, they seem to be getting more and more rare.
It's really is horrifically sad. Speaking of Kamloops, about 40 years ago or more, when I was in my early 20s, a very attention getting babynapping took place there. Apparently someone had gained access to the baby's room, taken her and gotten out of the house without rousing the parents. There was a lot of high strangeness about the event (the father was sleeping on the floor of the baby's room at the time, so how was it that he wasn't awakened? And no ransom ever demanded. No known enemies of the couple. Etc) Then after a couple days of searching, the baby's body was found on the mud flats (an area along the river's shore which became exposed during the fall and winter as the water volume lessened. After that, nothing more was heard. No one knew if the police were investigating or who they were looking at or anything. It was just radio silence. About a year after this happened I was working as a bartender at a local hotel (I was living in a small town about an hour away from Kamloops, but I'd grown up in Kamloops) and I got to chatting with a customer who'd been one of the investigating officers. We asked him about the case, and he said everyone knew what had happened but someone somewhere pulled some strings to put the kibosh on the story. He said that the cops knew that it was the mother; she'd been suffering mental health issues, but the husband's family didn't want any notoriety so she never got any help. She'd accidentally killed the baby and the husband had taken the baby, left it on the river bank and then they called the police some hours later to say she'd been kidnapped. All very sad.... I was going out with the baby's uncle about the time I found out what had happened. That kind of put a damper on things. So nowadays when I hear that a child, toddler, baby has just "disappeared", I always suspect the family. You never know.
Ryan went missing from where I live. Truly sad. Someone knows something. Thank you for mentioning him. His Mother Heather is a beautiful soul. Look into her ❤
Good video, man. The Kenny Veach story has always fascinated me and I wish someone would eventually find the "M-cave". A lot of people have tried and some think they have, but nobody really agrees that it's been found or where it is. I like to think that the cave holds the answer to Kenny's mystery, and likely his body as well.
I'm a bit surprised at how many of these deal with caves. I've only been in a cave system once in the Smoky Mountains. The concept of caves has always made me nervous. Being in one really made me see how someone can get lost. Definitely the kind of place you really don't want to go in alone.
Some of these cases are literally vanishing into thin air. It's hard to do with so many security cameras around. Brian Shaffer is probably the strangest one I've seen.
Bryce Laspisa is a really crazy and confusing disappearance as well. Still unsolved to this day (10 years old as of August). Played ball with him when we were in high school, just a crazy story.
@@federmanjr730 he wasn’t. I do think That Chapter/Mike doing a video on it though would be great, to help spread the word on his disappearance and bring awareness for sure
That one really bugged me too because he disappeared about 20 miles north of where I used to live. I used to work up in that area a lot. That one just baffles me. Where the heck did he go? 🙏🏻🤷🏼♀️
I absolutely loved this video!! I do watch the podcast videos on youtube, but honestly I love your main channel more. Something about watching you tell us this story and show footage of stuff - it's just so much better. You're a fantastic host! Love the longer format, your other videos are over way too soon! Keep em coming!
The Roanoke colony didn't disappear at all. They assimilated into the local native tribe because most of the able men had gone back to Europe for supplies and didn't come back for 3+ years. In harsh winter conditions. But if my wife and all her friends took all our kids and moved in with the neighbor, I'd say she disappeared too 💀
They may have done that…but it’s still a theory. I think there was some genetic analysis of the descendants of Native American groups living in the area, showing some typically European DNA mixed in….but, there was always inter-marriage over the decades, including later, so hard to say if it’s from Roanoke colonists. And there was Croaton or something similar carved in a tree, but who knows why that was there. Some parent could have been teaching their kid how to spell the name of the original inhabitants of the area, or it could be a boundary marker, or whatever.
Hey TC Fam & Mike! I definitely needed a break from the day of work hell I've been having. I do love me a good mystery. Oh btw Mike, so happy to see you're without your glasses and enjoying being without😁 I dig it! Happy Friday all❤ EDIT: GREAT UPLOAD!! I thoroughly enjoying this!!! I'd love to see more like this.
Great video, Mike! I usually hate iceberg videos but for you, my dude, I make an exception. Ugh, the Ben McDaniel case... I hate being underwater anyway and that story just gives me full-body shudders.
This episode was absolutely fantastic! 🙏💗🙏 & raised so many important cases. So grateful to see you cover Georgina Gharsallah! This is the first time I've heard her mentioned, & I truly wish more discussion of her case was given the platform. Her family desperately deserve the answers, as do so many you've mentioned here. As with all of these cases, I hope each finds some peace & the needed answers. As always you bring these people's stories to life, so thank you for giving these families your time & support, whilst also raising our awareness. 👏💗👏
That's because they happened in heavily populated areas. There's nothing special about people disappearing in remote areas or the wilderness, the environment is so hostile, anything can go wrong and if something does go wrong, chances are high they won't be found.
This was really great Mike! I think it's so important to keep shedding light on unsolved disappearance cases like these. Some I had never heard of. Sadly their is almost too many to really count. ✌️ and ❤ from Tennessee.
Some mental diseases like schizophrenia or bipolar disease kick in right about his age (20s) and are triggered by stress or some traumatic event. Fear, real or imaginary, was what was probably on his mind when he ran into the woods.
There are so many invisible things around us. Frequencies including radio and microwave, many things are broadcast. There are also beings that are not visible and have telepathic communication abilities. The scary thing about Terrence's case is, our mental state and self-control are fragile. We can lose them at any time unless God is keeping us mentally in one piece. We are surrounded by SO many things we can't even see.
These were good ones to cover Mike,...thank you and love the glasses off finally and you enjoying your sight. You're a handsome chap and a good and kind person with a wonderful talent of story telling. Glad found you a bit ago when you started doing these stories
Love how far this channel has come I remember coming across it 4 or 5 years ago when you did the HAARP video and been hooked ever since. You bring eyes to alot of cases people haven't heard of and I'm sure some videos have led to arrests. We all love you Mike keep on givin it a goo at tree turdy tree every tursday and we'll join in on the life insurance dance! On a serious note tho RIP to all the victims of the horrific crimes they've had to endure

@@lindyjourde7411 Lol yeah he said on his other channel he had corrective surgery and didn't need them anymore. As long as there's a tree, I mean 3 in the video I'm a happy camper. I am sure someone else has already mentioned this but Mike I am so proud and excited thst you posted Ryan Shtuka's story! His family has never given up and his mom is especially active in writing a book. I live just outside of Beaumont (his hometown) and we even have a missing poster in mymwork crew room. Thanks Mike for covering this!
I love the mix-up in the type of stories you cover! This was fun. The debut of a full video without glasses ( I think🤔🤭) with the debut of different content!! 👏 💛 . Lookin' good, sir. The long videos are my favorite , so never feel bad about that. I'm sure most of us agree on that , too. 😅 Thanks for another great one!
Well Done, Brilliant work Mike. You can tell that a lot of effort and time went to this video and it's most appreciated. I think that there is nothing worse than being a loved one of someone that went/goes missing under any circumstance. The torture of not knowing would be extremely unbearable to live with. Sending love and my heartfelt condolences to all those families and friends who have lost someone this way. ❤
The Ben McDaniel story fascinates and terrifies the hell out of me. I've been to Vortex Springs so many times. We went twice this summer. Everytime I think of Vortex I think of Ben and his poor parents. That sign and gate were there when Ben went in that section. He didn't have the qualifications to go that far in but he had been prying the gate open and one of the dive shop employees saw him doing it the last time he went in so they unlocked the gate for him. He never came back out. The size of the search of those caves and tunnels that was mounted to find him was massive. There's so much more to that story I definitely recommend anyone that's interested to look deeper into it.
At some point your are risking more to look for the lost adventurers than finding closure. Its a cave, he chose to enter of his own volition, there's videos of other similar events which led to many more lives lost
You have this way when you tell these stories about the disappearances, that draws the viewer in, and makes them feel like you're speaking to the viewer watching. Keep this up. Great job, love the videos. They're incredibly detailed, and at times heartbreaking, but your style is very good all around, thank you.
Thanks for watching everyone! Which story do you think is the strangest?
I think these stories are spawned from terrible police work and guilty parties trying to draw attention away from the truth. Unfortunately people love a good ghost story
The one where you mention a German sex offender may be the perpetrator. When everyone with more than 4 brain cells believes the parents were entirely culpable of at least a cover up.....
Where are your specs, Mike?
Look into David Spencer and Patrick Warren from chelmsley wood in Birmingham. It's the most disturbing children missing case but gets no attention because there not from high class or middle class families.Pleae just give it a glance its awful .The milk carton kids there called here in uk .They were the first to appear on milk cartons in the uk
All these are so strange. I really love this kind of video. Much love friend ❤

Yeah safety first. Glad your all good.
Now I want to hear more about this "weird encampment" lol.

I'm from Point Arena, I heard the same about her mom still looking for her to this day.
I can't even imagine what it feels like but I would never stop looking as well.
Asha’s case sounds like a brain tumor or something, it’s just so strange to have such sudden onset of severe symptoms like that. I wish she’d been able to get scans. I hope she is safe somewhere even though I know that is unlikely
Glasses not needed. You be you Mike. I’ll get used to it in no time Love. ❤
Why in every single crime case are there random people like you always saying (and it's ALWAYS the line " well, I went to school with such and such") the same nonsense? More likely than not, you're full of bullshit and just want attention. If you can show proof, I'll gladly apologize, but until then...quit. Seriously.

ESPECIALLY if it’s like buzzing. terrifying
And Nutty Putty's not even underwater.
"The Nutty Putty tragedy is horrific."
------------------------------------------------------
Yes it is. But it's unusual in that most caving expeditions are led by an experienced caver who would never allow someone to go off on their own into an unexplored passage. Nutty Putty was a case of poor leadership.
Nutty Putin
@@kenthompson5723 Nutty Putty was never about leadership. It was an open hole on a desert slope that young people just heard about and would go and crawl into. It was never a draw for experienced cavers because there wasn't any spectacular cave scenery and the hole ran only a few yards. Authorities never became involved with it because it was never a problem spot until someone became stuck and then died there. Once the death happened, it was immediately filled and sealed.

*Nowadays we all know what most likely happened to the Roanoke colony, but everyone is too scared of being non-PC to say it, and to sponsor proving it.*
At the time, that colony was the "invasive species" and the natives were the most likely ones to suffer from that "invasive species", and the most likely ones to benefit from capturing them.
Even though even now many tribes kill people because they are the type of threats that are classified as "known-unknowns"
totes dude! Like wtf dey AT?!
@jonslg240 wtf are you talking about dude? Natives attacking the colony is a well discussed possibility, and is given credence as being likely. The discussion exists because it is impossible to prove anything one way or the other, it has nothing to with being 'pc'.
@@jonslg240What the hell? That's pretty much what they think and no one is being PC about it.

I've always thought that having a loved one disappear must be the worst thing to bear. The not knowing why, how, when, who and where would be unbearable.
It is.
I’ve never personally had it happen other than a dog once and that alone was torturing. I couldn’t imagine a person missing.
@@hannahsinisteryou know from experience? If yes I’m sorry but also maybe Mike can do a story about it and shed some light on something.
Scary as heck.
which mountain?

MISSING 411........
Maybe an odd suggestion but I wonder if they couldn't have given a tracker dog Ace's scent and had him track Ace's trail, where he'd been.
Thanks for filling us in on where the dog was found. I was kind of curious about that. Sad story.

I just appreciate the fact that the Australian government is still looking for an explanation of William's disappearance 9 years later. Its crazy that in 4 days he will have been missing for 9 years exactly. I really hope that whatever happened happened quickly and painlessly and that he didnt have to suffer.

That foster father's interview felt very fake. He knows what happened to that boy.
@@nibordiabla7493 I thought the same thing. Way too relaxed and friendly for the situation.
The Roanoke Colony thing is a very silly "mystery." They literally left a note. And documented descendants among neighboring tribes. Basically they got cold and hungry, joined a local community, got married, had kids, and lived out their lives.
It's basically like if I would leave a message to my roommates that I went to MacD and everyone would be "What does it mean?".
Integration among the local natives is still considered a hypothesis. There is definitely not enough documented conclusive evidence
Maybe….
I’d put my money on killed at some point with suspicions. Thoughts of betrayal. Or didn’t trust their intentions. If integrated even they’d have to partake in warring tribes so not having lived through that most the men would have been killed and women abused then killed by the winning tribe …
But sure.

This was very strange and intriguing stories..I would like to hear more..many of them I was not familiar with..thank you for sharing ❤️

Didn’t she smoke weed ? That could’ve triggered it and also from not sleeping makes it worse. It’s a recipe for disaster
Lemme get this straight, it's Friday AND Mike gives us a 45 min video? What a kind guy to do that for us! Thanks Mike
All your comments on this channel are borderline stalker and a little creepy.
This is old school Mike!! His original videos are like this. Makes me nostalgic 😌😊💙
but he skips all important details. I will say comprehensive attention span is lacking with the youth .

@@KillerQueensRyche I've never heard any of that. Where did you get your information?
I’ll see if I can find the link.

That’s a Crazy story , it just baffles me how someone can disappear without a trace 😳

Damn Joe Hill, I know they call you the man who never died but I didn't expect to see you on You Tube.
"He must have died before being rescued." Took me too long to make sense of that and I laughed at myself. 😊😂
And the foliage is super dense. Wouldn't be the first time a body was overlooked for that reason.
Yeah I call bullshit and how can you die before being rescued
@@Brandanmayhew Well, he screamed for rescue, others heard him, could not find here he was because its very dangerous on the mountain and then he eventually must have died.
Perfect Friday night: A new, 45 minute That Chapter ! Loved the format, Mike! Keep'em coming!
I'm not saying aliens but advanced technology they don't want people seeing.
he was murdered
Can't open or move rocks..... In the middle of nowhere where no one would see you or care one but if a rats asss... Total lame excuses for not actually doing shit except talking big.
I am Zimbabwean now living in England, but when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s we used to go on holidays up in that Mountain Region. Everybody knows that Mt Nyangani is not somewhere to be taken lightly. Whenever we drove past it I would get stomach aches and chills but I would be unable to take my eyes off it....despite being uncomfortable. There was a heavy sense of something paranormal that would sit with me until it was out of sight. But I was always drawn to it.
Reminds me of places like Mt Shasta in California which is also magnet for high strangeness

I still can’t get over that Maddy McCann’s parents left her alone while they went out to dinner. I know they were checking on her regularly, but still…just doesn’t sit right with me. Things happen in an instant, case in point-
I leave my kids alone while they sleep but I have a camera with me that connects to wifi and I can view them whenever I want. And I always stay within a mile of my house. My house is quite large like a mega mansion so most baby monitors only go out to 1000 feet which my house greatly exceeds. Hi Mike, I love your UA-cam and your podcast. I live in Australia and 15 minutes from Kendall NSW. Where William Tyrell went missing. Hey Mike, I really enjoyed this episode. First of all 45 minutes!!!! As we say here in Canada 🇨🇦 Thank you, thank you, thank you. All of the stories were fascinating, but if you are asking me getting lost in an underwater cave, that makes my skin crawl! Well done Mike!
Do another of these compilations, this was enjoyable in a weird sort of way, think the children ones are the hardest to hear, the M cave and the reporter running off are just wtf, good job Mike, puts the viewer on tenterhooks when the category levels of weirdness keeps rising, well played. 😊
Yeah, I enjoy these more than the definite murder ones.. so creepy, unsettling and intriguing.
Yeah, he fell down. No mystery there.
There are many many lava tubes around Hawaii so that’s a possibility.
I heard the stairs were taken down, i thought they would find him then with workmen all over, but no.
I've always felt the same way. Like he just wanted to quit youtube and went out by setting up a mystery.
I believe this as well
Well he did us all a favour then, his videos were cringe
There are snakes and spiders and miners out that way that won't be happy to see you, not to mention the intense heat.

Back in the olden days of the Nineties, if some cultural phenomenon offended one’s delicate intellectual sensibilities, one avoided it instead of using overused youth slang to wrinkle their snobby metaphorical nose about it. Boy do i miss that sh!t…
I think I’ll invent my own “M cave” so that I don’t have to deal with ubiquitous snobby millennials and inscrutable gen-z patois for any more decades lol…
As usual does not disappoint. At this point, his narration, story telling and well placed humor is an art.
@@phaedrapage4217 thank you so much. 🙏🏽😞
Terrance running off into the woods is easily the strangest thing. Wow! Hard to even believe that one.
Love it!!
So sad to hear of the development of the William Tyrrell case, as an Aussie who’s seen his darling little face every year on the news, it’s horrible to think that the people who were meant to protect him, after already being in foster care, were the ones who hurt him
Same mate, this is the 1st time I'm hearing it here.
Thx Mike
It really is! I have little niblings that age, they are just babies!
Dear little fellow, that cute little face. So sad. So many would find it a privilege to care for a fun loving Spiderman. So unfair.
This was a treat! Love hearing different kinds of cases from time to time. Thanks Mike for switching it up a bit!

Definitely a few videos online that show a cave right in the area he described, that 100% looks like a capital M.
I love you Mike! You are the best! Your humour while being respectful truly sets your channel aside from the rest. Thank you for all you do!
I'm a bit surprised at how many of these deal with caves. I've only been in a cave system once in the Smoky Mountains. The concept of caves has always made me nervous. Being in one really made me see how someone can get lost. Definitely the kind of place you really don't want to go in alone.

The Roanoke colony didn't disappear at all. They assimilated into the local native tribe because most of the able men had gone back to Europe for supplies and didn't come back for 3+ years. In harsh winter conditions. But if my wife and all her friends took all our kids and moved in with the neighbor, I'd say she disappeared too 💀
And they pretty much left a message where they went.
@@HappyBeezerStudios that's exactly what they did 😭
Good explanation!
Either assimilated, left in search for food/shelter, or they surrendered themselves to the natives

The Maura Murray case has to be up there with the creepiest.
That's because they happened in heavily populated areas. There's nothing special about people disappearing in remote areas or the wilderness, the environment is so hostile, anything can go wrong and if something does go wrong, chances are high they won't be found.
Said the same in my comment - Brian Schaffer is the one which always gets me. This video reminded me of it and I've jumped back into the rabbit hole!!
I wish Finn- and anyone who does similar- would wear a personal GPS tracker. They need to realize their family will wonder forever
This was really great Mike! I think it's so important to keep shedding light on unsolved disappearance cases like these. Some I had never heard of. Sadly their is almost too many to really count. ✌️ and ❤ from Tennessee.
Terrence is the story that always lives in my head too. Would give anything to know what was going on in his head when he started running.
Some mental diseases like schizophrenia or bipolar disease kick in right about his age (20s) and are triggered by stress or some traumatic event. Fear, real or imaginary, was what was probably on his mind when he ran into the woods.
Must be hallucinations?
There are so many invisible things around us. Frequencies including radio and microwave, many things are broadcast. There are also beings that are not visible and have telepathic communication abilities. The scary thing about Terrence's case is, our mental state and self-control are fragile. We can lose them at any time unless God is keeping us mentally in one piece. We are surrounded by SO many things we can't even see.

I believe he left his beloved dog in his camper. By all accounts he wouldn’t have left his dog like that as it may have died………
You have this way when you tell these stories about the disappearances, that draws the viewer in, and makes them feel like you're speaking to the viewer watching. Keep this up.
