      @nihal_ali_17 Ok. Even I'm 170cm, 19 , weight 68.75kg. started gym 3 weeks ago. This is my 4th week. I can see my lats are growing, it's a baby lat I would say. Do you have any advice for me?

      The first muscle which grow in a gym is back :) Keep up the work , do single body part initially focus more on pull up & weighted pull ups to make that in shape same for chest as well push ups weighted pushups !

      Track your protien , eat effectively and be consistent and will grow together Take care
