Thanks Lance. You confirmed what I have long suspected; The advertised power is real. My 2019 Speed Twin ran an uncorrected 11.7 @114MPH. 2.01 60 foot. It surprised me because I thought it would run about a second slower than it did. Mine has a Motone X cat delete, GP Shorty Pro mufflers and a Power Plug. These are special bikes.
Great video lance I was just thinking today I haven't seen a video of yours recently. Your speed twin does sound nice stay safe looking forward to next video 🇬🇧👍
Good video, hoping to get mine on a dyno shortly. Questions... what mods, and which tune did you drop in there? I do agree that the numbers are a little high, but that dyno probably just reads a bit high, it sounded healthy...
Sorry for the late response. DNA air filter with snorkel delete, cone eng catless xpipe, cone eng shorty performers, ducati throttle spacer, and a 17t front sprocket
@@NicePantsLance British Customs X Pipe, removed the baffles from the OEM Mufflers, snorkel delete, K&N air filter, and went in with TuneECU and removed all the restrictions and torque limiters, and then a custom dyno tune. Had Ohlins shocks and damper, K-Tech Racing fork springs and internals, fully adjustable, heated grips, Michelin Road 6 Tires, 17t front sprocket, front cowl and some other bits here and there...Mine was a 2022. Just sold it actually, now on a 2022 ZX14R and a 2023 Yamaha MT-10... If yours has the same mods as mine and is a 2022, I can share my map with you if you want to give it a try...
@@NicePantsLance did you feel a noticeable difference after the ecu tune? I've read that the Speed Twin is factory restricted to only produce 80-90% of potential HP. I am thinking of doing a TuneECU to de-restrict the bike and squeeze out the extra HP and higher redline. thanks for sharing.
What do you guys think about the results?
Let know in the comments!
Love driving through Batavia to get to Buffalo. Pretty little town.
It's a pretty town to drive through....without stopping, with the doors locked and the windows up 😅
I kid, I kid
Nice video, Nice Pants. The guy with the dyno set up was some character, got to love old school places like that. 😎
Thanks Ross! Im lucky to have stumbled upon a place with so much history 🤘

Wow 11.7! I'd love to hit a time like that. These bikes really are something special 🤘 i think my next mods will be a set of cams and a quickshifter!

The new house is certainly keeping me busy 😁 thank you very much Rich 🤘 ride safe out there
@@NicePantsLance that's great too hear hope you have settled in ok🇬🇧👍
It’s all about torque baby 😎🏍💨🍻
Damn straight 💪 thanks for watching!
I'll have to go in there!
Its a fun time!! You should definitely make an appearance 🤘
It sounds beefy!!
Thanks!! The room was a little smaller than a hotel bathroom, so my microphone couldn't handle much lol had to make a noise filter on the fly!
wow torque numbers are way higher then expected!
I was pleasantly surprised! 🤘

@@NicePantsLance Cool. I got 103.65hp at the wheel, and 85ft/lbs... Pretty good results for a bike that Triumph claims is only 100 at the crank...
Wow thats impressive! What mods you rockin? Is your bike one of the new ones?

Same mods here minus the tune! Tune by who?
It's a tune that I sorta created with the help of one of my tuning buddies. It's loosely based on an old Thruxton R tune, with many alterations.
Nice, just bought a tablet for TuneECU! Going to work on it soon!
Awesome! I wish you luck

What tune did you go with?
Its my own tune i made with some help. Started off as a thruxton r tune, and slowly became an amazing speed twin tune
my wife is from batavia
Only a short drive from my house!
