I did the tech bike parts front springs update and it really helped with the front end diving under breaking. I only did the springs and not the kit with the adjusters. I was also able to score the triumph fork brace that fits this model and is no longer in production. If you are ever able to find one it's worth the price of admission!
@@Idagonia These bikes aren't very fuel efficient when you ride aggressively, as I'm doing 90% of the time. I'm averaging way less than you. I'm lucky if I'm getting 40 mi. to the gallon. Once I'm at 1k, I'm uncorking the lame factory ECU tune. 90% throttle is the max. the factory tune allows anywhere in the curve. Can't wait to feel the full potential of all my mods. The premium 91 octane non ethanol fuel I run, with 1oz. fuel stabilizer and 2oz. Klotz nitro octane booster per 3 gallons, costs me around $20 bucks per tank give or take a few bucks. Good fun doesn't come cheap my friend. Enjoy your machine and whatever you do don't run corn fuel.
Yes it's a great bike, suspension sucks! For the price of this bike it should have better suspension, they have improved the front suspension and brakes on the 22 model, But the rear shocks are still a bit budget, I for one think Triumph are a bit pricey with their classic retro bikes. Nice bike fella, enjoy and ride Safe.
I put the Ohlins springs in the front and it made a huge difference in the corners. Well worth the money.

I will keep my eyes out for it. Thanks for the tip!
Given the rather high price tag it’s kind of disappointing that we need to upgrade both suspensions of the bike.
I agree.
200 miles to the gallon? I get 150 per tank. Where are you getting this mileage? Downhill with a 50mph wind at your back?
My apologies! I must have misspoke. I get around 45 MPG. Around 170 on a tank.

The good thing about Triumph is that they are very good at hiding cheap manufactured plastic parts
Got mysef a 2021 SpeedTwin and it has been abslutley fantastic. What Tail Tidy did you use?
