I 100% with what you are saying I keep it and I have learned hard lessons on these motorized bikes till I started watching your videos the most I go on my engines 168 exhaust 122 then I have ramped it up a little bit 170 exhaust 124 transfers and I also agree with you on the window do not leave your window piston cracked open all the time it's stupid keep it simple just like the man says you will find that you will not be racking your brains
Right the two tuned lengths for a pipe is critical the wrong pipe will not give maximum performance there’s a pipe length calculator a free one I think ya can get and it asks for the width length curved length area transfers etc and it’ll tell ya what length and all ya need
Yes but there not proper. Everyone typically retro fits cr80 yz 85 and kx 100 pipes. The pipes companies that sell supposed pipes specifically for theses motors are typically from a KTM 65.
@@AutoBeta2T stock about 8000 super low port timings stock are typically low as 140 exhaust 110 transfers 120 intake most of my modified motors run 10,000 to 11,ooo rpm it's my scooter hybrid mxs motor spins ehh 11,000 to 12,ooo rpm but mxs gers the credit for that tough challenge is making the stock junk ie 20$ cyl go from 30 ish mph to ehh 55 to 65 ish mph with port work carb reeds and pipe. Problem is a single speed manual clutch
Definitely zero sence in that idea. The heat is escaping out the exhust so why would someone put the exhust at the rear of cyl. Seen lots of people jump on that band wagon but yet there no longer around
Wtf you talking about solutions what do you want me to bake you a cake send you a birthday card come to your house and do the job for you where's your videos with your information you supposedly got go talk s*** somewhere else
When I asked how many base gaskets was too many, I didn't mean for spacing I just meant how many before they blow out the side lol. My G4 barely has any gasket surface that actually touches the case that's what I was talking about. I got a bolted together again so I'll know tomorrow. I'm guessing it sucked because I didn't put a window piston just the transfer so I cut a hole in the piston
Can't answer that question I have never blown out a base gasket. I have some running 5 thin black base gaskets zero issues. Port timings everything. I say it all the time.dont try hitting home runs if you don't know how to bat. Translated start out with the basics most of my set ups are not basic. Fiffrence from a great running motor and a paper weight can be .3 mm. Most of the things I build are on that edje of being a paper weight. Yet to have a paper weight. Try not doing the fancy crap keep things simple if you have a g4 style cyl simple go up 1 mm on exhust port and test it takes minutes make the exust port 32 mm wide. If that don't run alot better than stock you messed up. If you listen to the vid I say the more you lift and deck the smaller the physical displacement becomes also say the more you lift the less crankcase pressure you have.

Just make it enjoyable not a chore. Enjoy it & have a blast guy's. Let's just have fun.
Most people that complain, do not understand that you do know what your talking about!

@@motorizedbicyclenation53cu90 could you put the dh in reference. I'm not sure what the question is
Where did you get your degree wheel?
Found it - cheers 😊

@@2strokecarbtuningportingin187 looking at some of your vids I would have thought an older school pipe may be better. What rpm do these rev too?

Sorry about the short answer
This guy has all the answers but none of the solutions . Still informative but somehow I know more but somehow even less
